Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. To be honest we didn't get to see much beyond the room - it was an overnight stay with an early morning departure for the airport. In-room spa

See comment under Pros Front desk staff were not particularly friendly Dark room

As a review this has to be qualified by our very limited time at the hotel. (See comment under Pros)It was comfortable and served its intended purpose (one night stopver) well. The room was reasonably spacious, the mini-bar was adequate without being generous and the bed was comfortable - what more could you ask for!

Cheap price

The hotel is so far away from the center Bangkok.

The hotel is so far away from the centre Bangkok. And the taxi driver is hard to find the exact place. And the room is feeling uncomfort coz there's no door seperate from the hotel area and the room. And everywhewre contained so many mosquites. Breakfast choice is less.

Shopping Tip : The hotel is near JJ market. But it's difficult to back coz the hotel place is really hard to find. So I don't think u choose to stay here even if u go shopping in JJ market.

It is a 1 level hotel with excellent facilities, each room is equipped with a bar fridge there is complementary water, good breakfast included for 2 persons. Spa bath in each room each room is quite spacious

Taxi drivers have a hard time finding the hotel. It is best to have both the address and telephone number of the hotel in Thai if possible. The rooms are a bit dark, not enough windows.

I have stayed at this hotel three time now and each time I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the value. It is a bit out of the center of Bangkok but this means that it is not as busy around. Each of the cheaper deluxe rooms has a spa bath and is spacious. It is a very relaxing place and is close to an excellent, modern shopping complex that is a part of an upmarket housing estate, where there is a large supermarket, bookshop/stationery shop, many restaurant, coffee shops. It is easy to get into the city although depends on the traffic but is more difficult to get back as drivers don't always know where it is. But I have always got back safely and inexpensively. My recommendation it is a winner.

Shopping Tip : A very good shopping mall with excellent restaurants is well withing easy walking distance for most people. Crystal shopping mall.

Beautiful swimming pool, nice breakfast, comfortable bed and very large bathroom.

Air con very difficult to adjust - the request has to go through reception and it takes about 20-30 for the requested temperature to be set! No door between bedroom and bathroom. We were 2 friends and it was kind of tricky... However, the toilet and shower cubicle are separated and they are closed off the rest of the area. Room was very poorly lit.

This hotel was very charming with staff who went out of their way to be helpful. However, the room was just too hot and we couldn't really get it to the temperature we wanted. The decor of the hotel is lovely and in the Thai style. Nice pool too, and nice breakfast.

out of the way location and nice rooms.

it's basically a very high end short time hotel for rich Thai's to have an affair

the grounds and rooms are very nice but the feeling of the hotel is that it is not a normal one. You see cars going in and out every few hours. Seems they rent the room for short periods of time

Nice,spacious room

Although nice and spacious, the rooms were dark (no daylight)

Hotel should not be promoted as an airport hotel. It took us 1 hour to get there (driver couldn't find it although I read the comments on Agoda and we had 2 maps). The rooms were nice but dark and the restaurant was not at all inviting.

Service, luxry

Location. Staff don't speak much English in relation to the rating of the hotel

Service was fanstastic, spa was amazing and food was great. Fanstastic rooms and value for money in comparison to what I paid elsewhere. By far the best hotel money can buy you. Staff don't really speak English so communication was a bit of a problem. Hotel was quite far from the centre. Expect to pay 200-300 TBH.

garden view, quiet individual rooms with carpark, and a pool. the food and the thai massage are not bad also!

address very weird, very hard to find!

I like the setting of the hotel, it's flat on the ground, with nice gardens and a small pool. the carpark is ideal for driving travelers. Room facility are nice, able to block the bugs outside. bed and bathroom also ok. I tried their pad thai, it was not bad. I hope they can give some traditional food. Their thai massage is nice too. The only thing to pay attention is that they are very hard to find! remember to bring map and the hotel's name card! My taxi driver got confused a few times.

I would like to return to stay in this hotel again because i like the room style. there are moden mix with original thai style. Massage and spa in the hotel i can said this is very good one to choose.

Hotel Feature Tip : I will return to stay in this hotel again. only about 20-30 mins from suvanaphom airport to the hotel. the room is clean and staff very friendly. so, this the good one choice to stay in bangkok.

Nice rooms, good swimming pool, excellent food, and great massage. The relatively secluded location makes this hotel a good place to relax. But you are within walking distance to a nice shopping center.

The location can be hard to find for a taxi driver. Not much for small children to do at the hotel or around the neighborhood.

This hotel is a nice place for couples or families with older children to stay and relax. You are close to everything in Bangkok should you wish to travel but the hotel secluded enough to make you feel you are far removed from the city. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Along the road in front of the hotel there are many places to eat and drink, and all very good. Also, there are a few small shops nearby where you can buy almost anything you need. Or walk 15 min to a large shopping center.

Restaurant Tip : Excellent Thai seafood restaurant across the street from the hotel. I think everyone in Bangkok goes there to eat. They must be able to seat over 500 people at a time.

Very clean...most friendly staff...loved the jacuzzi!

Very difficult to find for most cab drivers.

My guests and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was most friendly and helpful, and we had wonderful massages right there at the hotel. The pool area was very nice and the entire hotel was very neat and clean. The only problem was finding the hotel; and thus it would be wise to carry a location map and the phone number, which was quite difficult to find in the on-line sites. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel. Peace and smiles from Thailand.

Travel tip : It would be wise to carry a hotel map and the hotel phone number, as each cab driver had a difficult time finding the hotel, and each driver needed to call for additional directions beyond the map.

Beautifully designed, extremely clean and well maintained, friendly staff.

I can honestly say that i could not find any problems with this hotel.

I think this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in . I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels but this is the best by far.The staff are friendly and very helpful what ever your needs are. The rooms are very well designed and to the highest standard.I would tell all my friends about the hotel and to stay there if they ever needed to. I would thank the staff for a wonderful stay and for making us feel very welcome.
