Superb hotel, I stayed in a superior room in the 1st floor, the room was not large, very clean and combatable. But why you want to stay in the hotel room all day if you are in Bangkok. It is close to the cannel where you get the boat service. After 5 minutes of walk, you will reach the MBK and Siam square. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small but after long day of shopping it’s sufficient to relax a bit in water, if you like. Pool bar is good; don’t forget to order a fresh melon drink which is only 50 baths. If I go to Bangkok again I will defiantly stay here.

Hotel is very centrally located close to all department stores. Family room was great, very spacious. Free internet and very friendly staff. Only negative thing was the pool area.

Bellboys are very helpful. bts is just around the corner. Very close to shopping area.

Overall my three days staying wasn't very pleasant. The room is very small and not clean. Hairs on the floor everywhere, and the bathroom drain was blocked as well. Asked them to vacuum the room, they sent a lady swept the floor a little bit and left the room still unclean. The hotel has no lifts, very inconvenient for heavy luggages. The location of it is good, we took BTS to Siam for shopping and MBK can be easily reached as well. Bell boys were very helpful,but the receptionists are not all friendly.( I would say it depends on your luck, the first day we had a very kind male receptionist who wears glasses, the last day we had two others who were busy talking to each other in Thai without informing us that the check out was completed for 20 mins. ) I personally would not stay there again.

Pleasant stay with just 3 mins walk to BTS. 15 mins walk to MBK/ Siam Paragon. Street food everywhere just outside the hotel. Massage service easily available.

we reached the hotel at 10pm and leaved it at 5am on the next day. therefore we did not have chance to experice all services of the hotel. however, we found that the hotel locates in the convenient area for shopping. just one mrt stop to reach siam and paragon shopping center. the room is well equipped except some mosquitos visitted us without invitation. the hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

cool hotel close to mbk shopping centre

siam swana is a great boutique hotel in a quiet location near mbk. we had a 1 bedroom suite and our daughter slept on the massive couch in the living room. pls note - the hotel wants for bed linen for a kid to sleep on the couch, we had our own blanket and just got a spare pillow for free. the rooms are large but bathroom is small. the water saving shower head in the bathroom is horrible if you want a nice shower. the outdoor pool in front of the hotel lobby is a nice feature for the kids to use.
