Would recommed hotel to budget travellers and people wanting to visit Silom area. Easy walk to Patpong Night Market and two skytrain stations.

Shopping Tip : Very close to River City Shopping Centre for those interested in antiques and high end crafts.

Standard but spacious room facility, location good, breakfast was good.

Wifi connection wasn't that good

It was located in the middle of Silom Road, so quite convenient for both shopping and business matters (you may still want to use a cab though, as nearest BTS station was about 10 minutes away). Building was old but had most of the things you need for a comfortable stay. Foot stalls and shops are around the area so that was good too. Breakfast was surprisingly nice with a lot to choose from.

For the money and given the location, Silom City is a decent choice. It is close enough to mass transit options as well as plenty of taxis in the area. The rooms are basic but kept clean. I would stay here again.

Restaurant Tip : The outdoor food stalls directly outside the hotel serve fantastic food. Makes the hotel's poor meals sufferable.

Near all the activities in the area... Near to the airport.

A little bit old elevator.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. I stayed there 3 times and may be will come back again.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in over 10 years of going to Bangkok. Way overpriced for what it offers. Old and tired with worn out fittings. Missing light bulbs, shonky tv, aircon that only operated at full power despite different settings, pathetic kitchen facilities. Bathroom so small you can hardly fit in. But the worst was discovering that money was missing from my bag, unfortunately after I had checked out (but it couldn't have been taken from anywhere else). Would advise to stay well away from this hotel. There are much better.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is not that good. The hotel is not located on a main road, its located on a narrow road, quite difficult to find.

Close to the hotel is a meat/vegetable market which at night time could be very smelly (meat lying around in the heat).

Enjoyed staying here, good room. Large bed. Good shower. Bathroom was good. Unusual style of safe deposit box inside room. You must get a lock/key from reception to lock safe but it's bolted to floor. Only complaint is the location is a bit out of the way and taxi drivers cannot find hotel. Take a hotel business card with you to asisst the cab driver.

The hotel is 200 meters from Silom Road in a small soi which is very dark at night. Is far from everything so take walking shoes with you.

Shopping Tip : At Silom Road there are tuk tuks which can bring you to tailor (have shirts with names on the back). Tailors have good material and good prices.

I have stayed twice and I would go back to the same hotel if going again for a budget spending

Shopping Tip : Don't spend too much at Patpong shopping. Usually more expensive for the same item. Prefer shopping at Chatuchak (a lot cheaper).
