1.Genally speaking,good service~~especially the doorman who offers great service all the time.
2.Both the receptionists are handsome and kind. 1.Every door of the room seems to be umsafe.
2.The drain pipe in Room 804 where I stayed was stopped up.
3. Breakfast is so-so,and fried rice is terrible.
4. The sound of A/C is too noisy. 1.The location of Silon City Hotel is not on the main street, but it convenient for visitors to get local food because there is a day market near there.At night, there are some food stands in the neighborhood. That's what I want.
2.The hotel is near papong night market and Som lum night bazaar. Just take a walk for about 10~15 minutes.
3. The room is relly quiet except the noise of A/C.

Very central location at Silom.
Good price Breakfast not good enough.
We stayed in the Silom City Hotel because we like the Silom area and the price for this hotel was very affordable. We were pleasantly surprised about what you get for that little money. On the other hand it's not much more than a location for staying over the night as you most probable are out of the hotel the most of the time. The beds are good and the shower is clean. If you are a non smoker make sure you mention that when booking your room, because we including a 2 year old kid got a smokers room which smelled pretty badly. It was solved by changing room though. I would like to advise this hotel to anyone who wants a place to stay at for a good price, but don't expect too much luxury.

Great services, clean rooms, good price, good location I really enjoyed coming back to this hotel after another experience at a similarly priced hotel in the same area. The only reason we didnt arrive earlier was that this hotel was booked out. Next time i return to Bangkok this is definately where i will be staying.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering staying here.

Cheap, clean, good location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast We found the staff to be extremely helpful, it was a nice place to stay and the location was good to get around bangkok.
The rooms were very clean and we will gladly stay there again and recommend to other acquaintances.
Restaurant Tip : Get breakfast.

The choices of breakfast are not many but they changed the main course everyday. The room is a little dark at night due to the lights in the room r not light enough. The facilities is basic but equal to the price. Hotel is old but service is good. I should say the room and the hotel is worth how much u pay.

Friendly staff, off the main road (relative silence in the hotel), proximity to the Silom street, clean room We are generally satisfied with this hotel. Not super fantastic hotel, but good value for money
Restaurant Tip : Many good restaurants along Silom street, but they are mostly on the small roads attached to the Silom, so it is better you ask before you go and check the number of the street.

Location is very convenient, near the sky train station. Hotel is not on the main street so it's quiet.
The staff is friendly and help you always with a smile. The sky train station is 5mm walk and you can go easily to the main department stores for shopping. Breakfast is good and have European and Asian dishes. The price is competitive and it's a good value.

Hot water actually works and the staff leave you alone and ask no questions if you bring back friends or extra guests. Very bad location. Hard to find. One way street. Staff are scammers. $60 for 2 hour over stay of checkout and we apparently drank $75 worth of coke, water and alcohol on our last night from the mini bar (which they never even stocked!) Not worth the price. You can get a much better hotel at a better location. The only real benefit is that the hot water actually works and stays hot, and the air conditioning is good. The staff will rip you off and try to intimidate you into paying their bills. Take photos of the mini bar or check the quantity to make sure they don't scam you! They try to charge for everything and anything.

The hotel is near the Patpong market. Just 15 mins walking. And the room is quite clean and safe. The hotel staff are all kind and warm hearted.
Shopping Tip : 15 mins walking to the BTSstation, then take 5 mins to Siam, the shopping center.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and cooperative. Even though I checked out at very early morning (3am), they were willing to help me very much. The hotel is located along the very narrow street. This street is also one-way road, which is not very convenient if the taxi driver does not know the hotel location properly. Generally speaking, to stay at Silom City Hotel is pleasant and the hotel staff are very friendly. Apart from the location, it is not so bad actually and hotel rates are more than reasonable considering the all conditions.

Price. Simple facilities. Staff were friendly. Access to Soi. Not marked for Taxi. All went OK. Staff were good. Food good, room same. Location is handy to freeway (race track)
Nightlife Tip : Stay clear of Patpong market. It is merely a lure to get you into the surrounding sleaze.

Nice and clear decoration, nice breakfast No wifi in the room, a bit far from silom center The hotel serive there is worthy for the price, and the breakfast is nice. The hotel is quiet and clean. The traffic is no bad, you should take taxi to BTS or other place and the price is reasonable. But there is no wifi in the hotel and little channels in the TV. All in all, this hotel is good.

Location, surroundings, staff, cleanliness The hotel offered the intimacy and style of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates. The staff were always helpful and polite no matter what the time of day. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was very appetising. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silom City and will certainly make it our "home" on future visits to Bangkok.

Easy to get transportation from the hotel which was good as it is located deep within an alley. Always a cab waiting outside. It was also close to the Sky Train, bars and night shopping.
