Nice room, good airport transfer. Overpriced tours, and bad tour service. Wanted a look at Bangkok sinca I was staying 16 hours. Arranged tour with the hotel, expensive compared to normal bangkok, but that is not unusual with hotels.
Driver took me to river bank in Bangkok, obiously someone he had a deal with, got a ride up the river, nice ride, but on my second stop I was left by the boat, no boat when I returned, and I had to find my way back to the hotel alone, not easy in Bangkok....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you book tour with the hotel, have clear deals and do not be left alone in Bangkok like me....

good location, helpful staff, clean rooms, hourly shuttle to the airport bathroom fan blew in smelly air (might have just been my room)
I stayed for one night at this hotel, waiting for an early morning departure out of Bangkok. It was reasonably priced, and close to the airport. The rooms were adequate... quite basic, and clean.
Hotel Feature Tip : free shuttle to the aiport was definitely worth taking advantage of.

Very close to the airport, friendly staff, new van shuttle service, and nice big room We stayed there 3 times. very friendly staff and nice big room, quick and nice new van shuttle service. we recommend there to anyone who need a short stay at the airport.
