Good Hotel

The rooms were magnificent - huge, spacious and comfortable. The internet on the TV was very useful and with the hotel's recommended sites on the info channel planning was easy.
The reception and ground floor reception service was excellent. The person who showed us our room gave very useful tips for seeing the city.
We were however disappointed with the onsite restaurant esp at breakfast: The restaurant staff on the 8th floor need some training. They spent more time chatting to each other than serving at breakfast. The food set up was awkward. Eggs,bacon etc were done outside the dining room and this required guests to leave the dining area to collect their omlettes/poached eggs/fried eggs etc while the waiters chatted to each other. The cereal breakfast offering was not great - there was only cornflakes and chocos on offer with no muesli.

Smaller than I expected

we had to visit the wave center for british igcse examinations and this was the nearest hotel, it is opposite the british embassy. a perfect location if you live outside bangkok and spend a day filling in forms at the embassy.
the hotel is quite small. the building is shared with residential and offices.i have stayed in bangkok many times and expected a little more "luxury" for the price however, the location for this trip was perfect

A quiet hotel
clean, nice location, very quiet despite the apparent presence of children among the guests, free wifi (a must during these times)

we had no idea what to expect out of sivatel, but overall it delivered what it should deliver. the staff were nice and accommodating, as well as very helpful. the buffet breakfast was just right, not overwhelming, but enough to satisfy even gluttons. features of the room were very good, complete for a very comfortable stay. for a suite it was a bit cramped, but not to the point that one would get annoyed -- still quite good. we appreciated the serene nature of the hotel the most -- no screaming kids (even though there were kids about), no chaos in either lobby, and so on. location also turned out to be good; while it was not at the center of thngs (which to us was a plus because it was in a quiet area), it was still within walking distance to the bts and shops and restos. the only glitches we encountered were a delay in the airport pickup and a mixup in the mealboxes on the day of departure. and perhaps the rather stingy supply of bathroom essentials like bath and shower gels, lotion, soap, and shampoo. (we were four in all and we all took baths twice a day, but there were just single, small tubes of lotion, scrub, bath gels, and shampoo and conditioner per bathroom). but the great stay we had at sivatel more than made up for that.

Great hotel with perfect service

I stayed here with my family for 3 days, the hotel was brand new and very nicely made. The service was very good. Room are very big and spacious. Because it is still a very new hotel it is less known by the taxi drivers. So make sure to take a business card of the hotel for taxi drivers. BTS station is within 500 meters of the Hotel.

nous avions réservé une chambre et en fait on a eu une suite avec deux chambres séparées. chacune disposant d'internet sur la télé grand écran !!
matelas et oreiller super confortable. on récupère vraiment bien d'une chaude et humide journée à bangkok.
le reste est classique. buffet au petit dej. un seul restaurant le soir avec du karaoké (c'est culturel à bangkok, je pense).
assez proche du centre (bath, 2,5 €). point très positif: l’hôtel est à 50 m d'un arrêt du métro aérien. pratique.
point négatif: par deux fois, rentrant à 17 h notre chambre finissait d'être nettoyée. rien de grave tout de même !!

家族4人でRoyal Duplex(104m2)を予約し大晦日にチェックインしたのですが、部屋からカウントダウンの花火が良く見えるというテラス付のGrand Duplex(160m2)に無料アップグレードしてくれました。部屋は新しく十分過ぎる広さ。Apple TVの操作にやや 手間取りましたが、Appleユーザーなら問題ないのでしょう。Wi-fiのスピードも申し分無し。朝食を2回食べましたがメニューも変えていて種類も味も満足でした。点心が特に美味でした。
プルンチット駅から徒歩4分ほど、また隣の店舗ビルに小さなコンビニもあり、営業時間さえチェックしておけば不便はないと思います。（セブンイレブンに行くには徒歩5分ほどです。）
非常にゆったりくつろぐ事ができ大満足です。
