Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Dreadful small poky room, rock hard bed,
3
Thank god it was for one night only. The staircase was horrendous, very steep ans narrow, quite dangerous. the staff were totally unhelpful , no assistance given or offered at check in, the bed was like a rock and the room was too small to open up my suitcase,I could understand if it was situated in China town Singapore, because of lack of space but not Bkk.The bathroom had inlaid ceramic tiles on the floor that were very sharp on the edges and I took great care not to stand on them so I would not cut my feet.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very handy for Hua Lamphong
Very handy for Hua Lamphong, Comfy bed, and it has wifi
6.3
For anyone travelling from Hua Lamphong railway station this place is an ideal 1 night stopover as it right across the street from the station and the MRT, no problems crossing the road as subway entrance to station and MRT is right outside, Staff seemed quite friendly, only two things were against this hotel for me, one was the room looked quite big in the ad (dont they always?) but in fact was very cramped, and it advertises a window, strictly speaking they were not lying just that the window was about 4 feet from the building next door. not much in the way of food around this area.

Not bad
Right next to BTS and main train station

Really tiny room, but can't complain much for the price. Very accessible to the BTS and the main train station. Good for a stopover stay, especially when trying to catch an early ride out at Hualamphong.

Fantastic location if travelling by train
Fantastic loaction, nice service, nice rooms, free wifi for guests
7.7
I arrived by plane and was taking the train down to Chumphon the following afternoon. I was also waiting for friends arriving by train, so the location of the hotel was essential. The lobby as well as the room was very nice and the servie friendly. The rooms have both fan and aircon as well as hot water. I can definitely recommend the place. However, the rooms are very loud as they don't have windows (they have glass slats) that fully close. Without earplugs I would not have been able to sleep. (The major jetlag didn't help either, however).
