staff attitude very bad....
the best only the location is very convenience for us

staff attitude very bad.... we just request for 30 minutes late check out for packing because too much of stuff to pack and need to separate pack.. it very take time... once i call to her, she never listen to my explain and direct tell me no with very rude attitude..

Love the room very much spacious and well decorated. Very pleasant and comfortable after a tired day of walking.The room is very clean and tidy. The toilet is spacious with good water facility. Extremely love the bed because its too comfortable to sleep on. The food is nice and fast serving.
One disadvantage was that this hotel don't have lift hence if stay at 4th floor above you can imagine the walking.

Nice Thai style place. I had booked the wrong dates - no problems/hassles or extra cost. Noisy aircon making strange clicking sounds not cool for a good nights sleep. Staff arnt particularly friendly or helpful but perfectly pleasent enough.
No lift or people to carry bags so maybe request a lower level if you have heavily luggage.
Overall good value for money except aircon in room 405 or 504....one of the two.
Good value - good location - overall a pleasent stay. Wouldn't stay for more than one night.
A short walk to china town will provide some excellent food (15min) otherwise there is nothing but the train station close by.

great place to stay in bangkok. located in china town which is quite central. also sits above hua lampong subway station which allows you to access other parts of the city for a very small fee. staff were friendly and rooms were clean. highly recommended!
Shopping Tip:
Be sure to bargain. Always aim for half of what is offered and stay strong to that price.

This hotel is effectively closer to the airport than the hotels in the airport area because of it's proximity to the airport rail link. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but nicely decorated. Air conditioning worked fine and there was hot water for the shower. You could hear street noise but it didn't bother us.

It is quite hard to find this hotel, mostly taxi driver won't know where it is. actually the hotel located just in front of the train station.
Very comfortable for whom want to go by train to another places of thailand like phuket, krabi or samui.
The hotel staff (girl) really provide good services.
We try the food there and it is nice n the price quite fair.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff
The Location and The Rooms

I love this hotel, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location the main railway station is just across the street and Hua Lamphong MRT (Subway) station is outside the front door. The MRT can take you to Silom, Sukhumvit, Central Plaza (Rama 9) and Catuchak market all in a matter of minutes, if you want to get to Khao San Road it's about 80 Baht in a Taxi.
All in all this is the perfect hotel if you want to explore Bangkok from a comfortable room.
