Old and abused hotel with tiny rooms.
Location at the end of Sukhumvit 11
4.7
We have got "superior room" - NO windows, NO A/C in the room once you leave and it takes about two more hours after you come back to cool down. Beat up furniture and really bad bathrooom. NO A/C in the hallways or elevators either. You need to realize that there is 35+ Celsius in Bangkok.

Very clean room, quiet location, very nice
very clean, nice room and fast internet
8.7
My stay was worth every penny i spent. The hotel is very nice and most importantly the bathroom and bedroom was very clean.
The hotel is located in a quiet place. So it was nice to relax.
The only thing i would like share and advice is that the hotel do not have their own laundry. So they do laundry from out side, One time i gave my laundry during my stay and one of my shirt and trousers were faded with white color mark all over. The hotel did not do any thing neither did the laundry to fix it or compensate it. So please do not pass your clothes.Other than this the hotel is perfect to stay i would recommend for all travellers.

Great Location near Sukhumvit soi 3 & 11
Good service and kind representatives.
6.7
1) Good service representatives.
2) The water situations is good, the water from the shower room may ran over to the floor. It's better to have more floor mats or make a tight seal rubber under the glass door.
3) the bed is clean
4) the internet wifi doesn't provide strong signal in the room

Great hotel within walking distance of nightlife
Friendly staff, cleaned daily, great food nearby.
10
What a great little haven amidst the melée of Sukhumvit Rd... this little boutique hotel is walking distance from all the fun and nightlife in the area but just far enough away to be quiet.
It has tea/coffee making facilities in the room and two free bottles of water daily, which you need in the heat of Bangkok. The rooms are cleaned and made up daily. I stayed here only 2 weeks prior when I was hooked into doing a survey and going through a 2 hour high pressure sales pitch for "7 days free accommodation"... hmmm, TaiPan hotel, don't stay there... they let someone into my room who went through all my gear... needless to say I moved back into Smart Suites and was greeted by the smiling Nan with the heartwarming Thai "sawatdee kaap" welcome... ahhh, home again...
This little hotel boasts clean, tidy and well appointed rooms, free WIFI that is fast and on all day and night, it went down once so they gave me an ethernet cable and was back on in seconds...
Unlike most hotels in the area, they don't charge for 'extra guests' who may stay overnight... so if you happen on the girl of your dreams she is welcome to stay unhindered, they just have to copy her ID for your security in case anything goes amiss...
I will definitely stay again at this little hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great budget hotel close to everything.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a bar called The Game, turn right and it's just 40 metres from Soi 11 on Sukhumvit Rd... we spent a lot of time here playing pool... the patrons, mostly girls, are very good at pool, and the staff are most welcoming and more than happy to serve you...
The Game serves really good Western and Thai food from early in the day till around 10 pm, and the prices are reasonable... and if you go there after 5pm say "Hi from Steve and Marcus" top the barman with the beret on, his name is One, and we have an ongoing joke that LOTS of people will say Hi from us...
After The Game closes at 2am, there are lots of little street bars that set up all along Sukhumvit Rd, they're cheap and a great place to sit and watch the crouds go by... just beware of the Nigerians, they will cheat, con and steal anything from you, so don't leave anything on the tables... don't even catch their eye... be warned.
As an aside, the wages are not that great in Thailand, so give the waitresses and barmen a tip and they will be most appreciative... if you hand it to a girl it is hers, if you leave the change in the folder, it goes to everyone... so if one in particular deserves a tip, give it to her personally.
Have a great time, and say Hi to One for me...

Great little boutique hotel
Friendly, central yet quiet, well appointed and clean.
10
This little hotel is a pleasant surprise, it is well situated in Soi 11, in walking distance of the party centre of Bangkok, Sukhumvit Rd, but a quiet oasis amongst the music and cacophony Sukhumvit is known for. everything worked well from the air-con to the showers, each room has a slightly different layout, and the staff are always friendly and smiling, with a sawatdee kaap each time they see you. Another great plus is this hotel does not charge for additional guests unlike most other hotels in the area, so if you meet the girl of your dreams she can stay free.
There are fantastic restaurants everywhere ranging from really good Italian pizza and pasta at Limoncello down the lane from the German Beerhouse, and Oscar Restaurant and Bar serving mouthwatering foods and good imported wines... to various Thai, Mediterranean, western and others... every taste is catered for on Soi 11.
All in all a fantastic little hotel with everything I needed to really enjoy my stay in Bangkok. It may be a budget price but it stands above others of a higher price range.... highly recommended.
Nightlife Tip:
You have to visit The Game Bar on Sukhumvit Road, turn left out of Soi 11 and walk 40 metres and you're there... say hi to the barman with the beret, One, from Steve and Marcus, he usually starts at 5pm... all the staff are friendly and all too willing to serve you, and all have a sawatdee kaap to greet you with... and please tip them if you feel to, the wages in Thailand aren't at all great so they really appreciate it and will go the extra yard for you next time you come... had some fantastic times th, and the food is wonderful and inexpensive, ranging from Thai to western... the night manager, Andrew, is a fully trained chef from Boston, and a bloody good bloke. All in all, a bloody great place, and after closing time at 2am, there are street bars everywhere that serve cheap drinks where you can watch the unending array of people walking past, just beware of the Nigerians, they will cheat/rob you any chance, don't even catch their eye... and NEVER leave anything of value on the table, it will be gone before you know it.
