Great rooms and wonderful staff. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, Thailand. The location is perfect and we relied heavily on the staff here and they always came through for us. Nearby shopping and restaurants added to the pleasantness of our stay here. The mall has five full floors of shopping and food choices where you can find anything that you might need. There are several restaurants within the hotel that offer a variety of food selections. There is even a Tesco Lotus store in close walking distance. For those of you from the U.S., you could equate the Tesco store with our local Walmart with value priced merchandise. We know that you would enjoy your stay at the fine hotel.

Beautiful people and lovely rooms. unreliable internet connection The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They go above and beyond the normally expected service. This includes getting us to destinations that are not well known by the area taxi drivers. They always speak to the driver to be sure they will take us where we want to go and they also supply us with a card to give the returning taxi driver. This card has the hotel name and address is Thai and English to insure that we will be able to return safely and without delay.

Connected to large shopping centre. Large lobby area. Can't think of any other thing. housekeeping service; cleanliness of bathtub walls; rundown of room We were informed when checking in about noise during daytime due to refurbishment. We did not know about his earlier, however this was not an issue. We checked into room 1019 after 9pm. The bathroom walls were not cleaned properly. Looks like mould. The room looks tired and run down due to the age of the building. The fittings in the bathroom were old. The carpet was very old therefore one would not like to be walking bare feet. There were no bed room slippers in the room It took quite a while to get the slippers - after at least halh an hour and two phone calls to housekeeping. The slippers we strongly suspect were not new and appears to have been used. To sum up, not worth the daily rates paid for.

Beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Internet is not reliable. Our stay in this hotel has been extremely good. The staff is ready and willing to help us with any request we place with them. Service is cordial and promptly supplied. The staff at the front door have been especially helpful in getting us taxis that are familiar with the area that we want to visit. Many things are conveniently located near the hotel and these things we can walk to with ease. The five story shopping mall is a quick walk through the parking garage. Even if it is raining, you will not get wet as you walk to this mall. There are also many fine restaurants in the hotel and the mall.
We would love to stay here again if we return to Bangkok.

Wonderful service and friendly staff. Internet goes off at inconvenient times. We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel tremendously. Every request is answered promptly and efficiently. The surrounding area makes for very nice views from our hotel room window. The city is especially lovely at night with all of the lights on. Shopping is close by and there are five levels of stores in the adjacent mall. They are open twelve hours every day of the week and that is from 10:00 to 10:00. In addition to shopping there are many restaurants in the hotel as well as in the mall next door. Every type of food is available to purchase.

Link to big shopping mall and shopping is lifely till late Old, basic service, poor breakfast compared to other 4 star hotels while this hotel claims to be 5 Just OK for basic stay.

Welcoming and friendly. Best sports massage in town. Availability of massage - book early!! As usual, the hotel did a wonderful job of making you feel at home from pleasant greetings throughout the hotel right down to remembering you at the front door and knowing where you were going and what you did the day before. A very nice place to stay and I will be certainly returning when I'm next in Bangkok

Luxurious accommodations and friendly staff Internet is not reliable. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and inviting. Requests to housekeeping or room service are answered promptly. The views from the room are magnificent. Shopping is also very convenient with a major shopping mall on the other side of the parking garage. You don't even have to go outside to reach it. The available shopping hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 10 P.M. which makes it easy to go there on your own schedule. I would recommend this facility to anyone visiting Bangkok, Thailand.

The staff of the hotel go out of their way to provide the guests with every accommodation that might be needed to insure a pleasant stay. The internet connection would go down unexpectedly and you would lose the work you had created. We were treated like valued guests from the moment that we arrived. You never had to open a door, hail a cab or even summon an elevator. Everyone seemed committed to making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Our stay included breakfast and it was remarkable. There were such a variety of foods to choose from and the selection changed daily. The location was perfect also. We were next to an enormous modern mall that had five floors of stores and restaurants, including a grocery store with most of the household and daily needs items that the stores at home would carry as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Hotel Feature Tip : I would strongly recommend booking a room that includes the hotel breakfast. It is a wonderful value and available from 6:00 A.M. to 10 A.M. daily. The food was terrific!

The staff were friendly and accommodating in every way. We especially appreciated the extra help given to us in obtaining a cab that could reliably get us to our destinations. Internet connect not reliable. The hotel is a beautiful building and is lavish in its decoration. There are areas on the first two floors where you can sit comfortably to meet with guests or just to relax. Shopping is convenient with a five story mall just across an enclosed parking garage. It is as though it is almost in the same building. The parking garage is manned with many attendants so you are safe to pass through there even at night. The mall is open from 10 to 10 every day.

Near Don Muang airport, reasonable price compare with the location and facilities of other 5 stars hotel. The old capet in room that cause a little bit bad smell. The price during the period I've booked was very attractive and value. Staying here make me feel very comfortable and safe. Easy to travel to anywhere in Bangkok. Room and facilities are comfortable, also meet 5 stars standard.
The Spa Cenvaree is very good to kill your time while waiting to check in for your flight at the hotel before catching a taxi to Donmuang that's only 20 minutes away. I certainly will go back again if I have my business trip in Bangkok
Travel tip : Spa Cenvaree promotion price is very valuable and good to book for relaxing and killing your time.

In the room,carpet,bathroom,noisy. Disappointed me when I check in the room not avalible. I have to start all over at the counter and comeback in two hours in first transection. In second transection I was waiting to get the room key but they asked for my reservation under the name of agent and how much I pay for room. I not sure it is a hotel policy to asked a guest.

Friendly and helpful staff, good feeling when arrive at entrance and in foyer. Nothing major; see review details. This is the second time I've stayed here. First time was wonderful, no problems at all. Second time, got a smaller room - although booked same room as last time. They were doing some renovations, and it was a late booking, so this may be the reason. Room was not as clean too - bathroom had a bit of mould staining, and carpet had many stain marks, though was probably clean. TV was newer though! Also only had one robe - had to call three different services before a second one was delivered (only 5 min wait, and it was near midnight).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Short walk to mall, and 50 baht taxi trip to Chatuchak (JJ) Market and Park (bicycle ride is recommended).

The location is convenient for public transportation and most importantly safe, compared to other parts of bangkok. Construction noise going on from morning to evening. Breakfast was so-so. I've tasted better breakfast buffet.
Despite many complains about the room decor, the room i stayed in was perfectly nice and comfortable. The staffs were friendly & helpful. The lobby was nicely designed with plenty of sofas. As it was my first time in Bangkok, I found the hotel location to be convenient and fulfilling to my needs. Public transportations are easily accesible, and having a shopping mall next to the hotel is definitely a plus point. All in all, my experience was pleasant. Id definitely stay here again during my next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do make full use of the hotel shuttle to Chatuchak weekend market or to the BTS station. To save costs on transportation, use the MRT or BTS. both stations are near to the hotel.
