Guest relations was superb! We were extremely satisfied as the staff at Somerset attended to all of our needs from recommending good eats to helping us find and ship (after check out) my husband's watch back to Guam! We highly recommend Somerset for families and young travelers. It is really a home away from home. We look forward to booking another stay at Somerset through Agoda.

Great guest relations; affordable and very comfortable stay.

Construction was ongoing next door so guests in Tower B (where we stayed) could hear the jack hammer going, but it was limited to the daytime which was okay since we were gone most of the day.

• Shopping Tip : The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the BTS and MRT hubs which take you straight to major shopping areas and shops of Bangkok. Our two-day stay did not leave us enough time to visit ALL outdoor markets.

The room is big and clean, the staffs are friendly (especially the drivers of the free tuc-tuc). I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Good value for money. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet place to stay and a retreat from the busy life in BKK. The room is well maintained and clean. Linen was changed everyday, that's something I never experienced from staying at other hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good range of food for breakfast. If you like sun bathing and swimming, this is the place as there are two good size swimming pools (in door and out door). Our room was on level 8 in Tower B and it is close to the swimming pool, therefore it was noisy sometimes, esp in the evening. The hotel is in walking distance to the Asoke BTS station and Robinson (if you don't mind a 10-15 minute-walk.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby shopping centres and locations.

Quite a walk from BTS and Sukhumvit Shopping area.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Buy weekly internet access as it is only 1000baht for unlimited access. Daily rate could be expensive with limited hours access.

Excellent serviced apartment hotel Guest Rating: 4.5

To be as AAA class I will recomend to add a free internet in the room. It will make the stay more confi and make us (business ppl) to stay more.

As i stay there all the time, even this time I had a wonderful stay. The food is good, the staff are nice, and feeling of the place make you want to be there again.

The only request that I would like to have is to have a free internet , as most of hotels in the world give it, I think it will make the hotel as a good place to be.

• Restaurant Tip : The hotel have an excellent restaurant, but if you would like to have a cheap lunch, about 150m from the hotel have food center including a supermarket and a resturant with nice price.

Swimming pool and other fitness facilities were very good. Staff was very polite and always ready to help.

• Restaurant Tip : One can get very good food (lunch and dinner) at very reasonable price at Foodland Super market located next to the hotel in Soi 16 itself.

The rooms are well maintained, but not the rest of the hotel.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If taking BTS, better take the hotel's tuktuk to Emporium (where BTS phrom phong station is), instead of taking a tuktuk to the near-by station Asoke as they drop you only at the end of the street and then you have a big road to cross.
