The staffs were very friendly especially the reception & daily room cleaning staffs. Keep it up. Definitely coming back end of year or next year for my stay here.
Shopping Tip:
Go during mid year sale in Bangkok. You find some good bargains especially in Chitlom Central. If you are planning to buy some branded stuffs, Siam paragon would be a good place. Can get discount from 30% off.

This was our 4th stay at Somerset. Once again we were so impressed with the staff at this hotel. Upon our return we were warmly greeted and the staff all said welcome back. Such an impressive hotel and we will always stay here when in Bangkok.

The apartments are big and nice. Hassle free stay!

Nice environment staff remembered us from previous stay and are extremely friendly. We have a small son whom we had to take to the doctors so having a nice place to hang out during the evenings was great for us. We know Bangkok really well so the location was not an issue for us at all.

great value for money, great rooms and great staff. easy access by taxi, close to Silom nightlife, definately recommend this hotel. To all people that putting on negative comments, stop your whining and stop trying to get something for nothing, otherwise pay an extra and stay in 5 star and get exactly same service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I cannot believe some of these negative reviews, are the authors just trying to get something for nothing, where else in the world can you get an apartment for a night in the centre of the city with breakfast included. Stop your whinging people. My wifes only gripe heaven forbid that the sky will fall in is there was no shower cap. OMG.

Spacious Apartments for excellent Price

i travel to bangkok alot and manage a hotel myself so staying at hotels all the time is not one of my favorite things.
thats why i booked at the somerset. and i have to say it was the best accommodation i had in bangkok for years. the apartments a big with a nice kitchen and a washing machine, the bedroom had a big king size bed with a nice view of the city.
there are only two minor negative things i can say: no. 1 the tv´s are a little dated lcd tv´s in bedroom and living room would be nice, no. 2 the curtains in the bedroom do have blackout curtains but unfortunately they don't go all the way to the wall so it gets very bright in the room.
i like it completely dark in my bedroom thats why that was quite annoying.
i am usually two times a month in bangkok so the somerset will be my choice of residence in the future.
