Nice and clean room. Complete with living and dining area. Overall very nice experience but don't expect great service. Everything is there but lack of some details. For example they don't top up the soap when run out, have to call for room service.
Its a 25mins walk to bts station but they have free tuk tuk service every 30mins to the bts station.

Quiet Apartment with small group of guests
shuttle Tuk-Tuk service to BTS Saladeng
4.3
we were given sufficient pillows and no bedroom slippers are provided.
the apartment are quite run-down.
somerset could provide more by having the return ferry from bts saladeng to somerset.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The apartment are about 15mins walk from BTS Saladeng (near Patpong) definitely not for those with weak legs as you are required to cross the overhead bridge.
There are quite a numbers of huge establishment like McDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut, Boots, Citibank, Starbucks along that area.
If you are bringing kids and might not want to show them the "nightlife" of PatPong, you might want to avoid staying at Le Meridien.

this was presented to us as a serviced apartment. you have to ask to have your room cleaned and towels changed.
this was not told to me at check-in.
otherwise a great value well appointed room with friendly staff.

sta;ed in the two bedroom suite on the 18th floor. my friend and i enjoyed the view and staff service. ordered food from outside once and staff made sure we had ordered before allowing delivery. had a couple of problems connecting two computers to the internet but their it guy was very helpful. i had asked the desk staff for a recommendation for a fancy place to eat with a view and she recommended a hotel around the corner, walking distance, which was excellent and i thinik this showed a lot of class by somerset staff.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel/dinner lounge recommended was at the Banyan Tree hotel and while pricey, the food and view are fab.

the place was fantastic; we liked the size of the apartment and the fact that we were able to wash our clothes. We certainly will be staying in this Hotel again on our next visit.

Great location but bad service
5.7
I stayed in 1 bed room executive with my 1year old baby . The room is big good for baby to play around. The location is perfect. The food is good with reasonable price. But 1 thing I don't like is the staffs are not friendly, not nice and also housekeeping is very lazy and clean not that good as 4 stars hotel.

Good Value Hotel in Business Area
7.7
We booked this hotel because it was convenient for a local office, although the trip was combined holiday and business. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and good value. Slightly cheaper than other local apartment hotels. Used as a base so did not use facilities much except the restaurant which was fine and the pool which was located on 5th floor with a good city view. The room/apartment was serviced daily, the only complaint was that the linen was not changed during our stay. Would happily stay here again. It was great value and the apartment was spacious with the added benefit of free internet.

Business Location with very friendly staff
Good location for business traveller. Good amenities.
7
more like serviced apartments than a hotel, with separate living areas, cooking/dining and bedroom. well equipped rooms although furniture and room fittings starting to look a little aged.
the staff were generally very pleasant, but the door man has to be singled out for such a great job - he was ever so helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.
the location is near the business district, however, you can take the hotel tuk-tuk to a nearby bts station which gives access to many of the tourist areas.

Great with two seperate rooms
Large rooms & spacious living area
7.3
The room was great as we had two couples stay, so it gave each couple privacy. A shuttle to the BTS made it easier to get around town as it's off the BTS line
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good size rooms - great for a family too!
