Poor location but with spacious apartments

the location of this hotel is very far from bts and it requires 15-20 mins walk to nearest bts. however, this hotel will be ideal for group travelers as the area of 2 bedrooms suite can accommodate up to 6 persons.
the breakfast was average, but the receptionists and bell boys were helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel apartment is in a quiet diplomatic/financial zone which keeps it away from the hustle and bustle that is Bangkok. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and clean. Value for money.
Awesome gardens with koi ponds. The spa and pool is pretty good. Breakfast buffet is very good with Western as well as plenty of Asian dishes to pick from. We had 1 one meal (dinner) in the restaurant which was fine and reasonably priced.
Don't use the travel agent who sits near the reception: you get much better deals elsewhere and most of the 'packages' they offer are super tourist 'traps' .
This hotel only offer a free Tuck Tuck service to the station every 30 min if you lucky to have one availible. Getting a taxi is hard and you could wait for more than 30 min during peak times which is almost all day in Bangkok.
It's quite a walk to the station so best take a taxi. Also no Stores close by. So be prepared to walk allot.
All and all happy with the place if return to Bangkok we would stay here again.

The room and room service are very comfortable and satisfied.Hotel staff will help you to call a cab if you need it,Overall service not bad. Except parking lot are very dark and quiet. During night time security guard service are bad, they block the open air parking but don't let the customer park there.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby the hotel have a 7-11 and foods street.

One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok

I stayed in this hotel last year and was so satisfied I booked it again for nov/dec during the several set of days I stayed in bangkok.
The appartment is quite big.
Kitchen, seperate bedroom, big bathroom, washingmachine.
It's within walking distance of Silom Raod, sala deng BTS station, Lumphini MRT station.
7-11 shops are close by as well as several massage venues in case you don't want to use the hotel's spa.
The hotel has a big swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna.
Shopping Tip:
Silom Plaza is nice. It's aout 10 to 15 minutes walk.
If you go to Sala Deng BTS (next to Silom Complex) you can take the sky train to the many other malls in Bangkok.
The bus stop is close by. The MRT is also close by (15 minutes walk).

we altogether 6 people stayed one night in somerset,while telling the reception that we wanted to stay in the same floor the receptionist help us to upgrade to a 3 bedroom about 250 m2,we really enjoyed the stay. very clean and you could cook,wash your clothes and make yourself like at home.the hotel is not far from bts station.very good location and very quiet!

We had a two rooms apartment which suits my family extremely well. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean. It makes you feel very welcome and comfortable after spending a whole day touring and shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I have queries on tours and they are there to assist immediately with friendly smile. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
