breakfast is very average we were stayed for a week, very close to center business and we found the area is very lovely and tranquil around the hotel, however in around the area of the hotel there is not much things to see or to do.

I usually stay at the Somerset Suan Plu when I am in Bangkok and find the location really convenient for getting around, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax.
Hotel Feature Tip : Gym is great.

Good Size of Room, View & Balcony + Good Value for money Bad or limited service. Staff at front desk are always cold and impolite This service apartment has good size of room with balcony. We can open to the terrace and have some fresh air (from high floor). View is always nice. The TV and mini compo are old. Bed and beding product are not so comfortable.
While security guard are quite nice and helpful, staff at check in counter are always cold, never smile, fighting with colleagues of different department in front of guests. Fitness centre and pool area is nice although not so modern but again the service is so so. However, at the price I paid, it is considered "good value for money"

Close to the city, lots of space No wireless internet, room service food is not good. I mostly stay at Sathorn Suan Plu when I am in the city, comfortable apartments and efficient staff. Nice big garden in the front makes it feel like you are not in the city. Some of the layouts of the apartments are great.

Spacious, central, quiet garden in front of building, bellman is really friendly. Food from room service, no wirless. Somerset Suan Plu is modern and has all the conveniences of a hotel and apartment. I stay here often and like to try the different layouts of rooms. The location is great, really good neighbourhood and even though there is no nearby BTS, the complimentary Tuk Tuk drops you of right at the Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT, and in winter the walk is refreshing.Check out the HUGE Koi in the pond in the front - but no fishing!
Hotel Feature Tip : Next door is a great place for a very professional mani and pedi.

Very spacious room -- maybe too spacious. One bedroom suite is more than 80M2, I feel..
Good location, close to Skytrain, central department, and nightlife street.
Air conditioner noise is a little bit annoying.
I enjoy the stay in Somerset. The room condition and layout is similar as home. This hotel's gym has very good view. And there is a simple but adorable small garden just in front of hotel building. If the bed mattress quality can have some improvement. Then the experience can reach excellent level.
Hotel Feature Tip : Reception is quite helpful and can speak good English.

Good and fast service.
Clean rooms. We stay here once a month on our visit to Bangkok and on this trip, they gave us a twin bed instead of a double bed. Our request to change was promptly done but although they told us they will upgrade the room, they moved us to a smaller room (but they claim it is bigger).Although they wanted to change the room again, we thought against it as we were only staying a night this time.

Well-appointed apartments, friendly service This was at least my third stay at Somerset Park Suanplu, so as a repeat customer clearly I am happy with it. Always wish that I was able to stay longer than 2 or 3 nights. The apartments are comfortable and well-appointed, the staff friendly & efficient. The nearest sky train station is Sala Daeng, so for people who are reluctant to take taxis (or dislike walking!) this would be a disadvantage. But I'd certainly stay here again.

Superb price for what it offers nice neighborhood- only 10 minutes walk from Silom yet itself it located in a quiet side street.
Well maintained room and facilities- room is very spacious. the Interior is simple and with bit style.
Most importantly the price is very very competitive with what it offers. 10 thumbs up!!!!

Very convenient location.
Very good service. Swimming pool need better cleaning. I have stayed here many times and it feels like a second home as the staff can remember you. First time trying the swimming pool and it's quite nice but the pool needs to be cleaned more.
Overall, the place is a value for money, convenient location and good location. Nothing more to ask.

great location, with easy accessibility to the major tourist sites of bangkok. The staff was very helpful in directing guests to tourist attractions the lack of a bar for evening drinks! the rooms are very spacious for single occupant, with a good view and nateral light filling in teh room. The hotel staff are very helpful; some printed information about local restaurants, and walking directions to local bars and restaurants would be most helpful. All amenities are efficient and in good working order except for kitchen equipments needs further improvement such as the inclusion of tea and coffee cups, and a wine opener!
Restaurant Tip : the thai resturant 2mins' walk away from the hotel is fantastic! It is classy and reasonably priced with an extensive menu and excellant service

Warm hospitality, quiet, clean, higher security and good location where just behind Australian Embassy, and the very seasonable price with this higher quality water pressure on higher floor is very poor.
breakfast is......
for me to stay more than 10 times. on weekday, this is one of the area for heavy traffic jam in town in the morning and evening (4-7pm). you should walk to Lumpini subway stn around 7-8 mins.
Nightlife Tip : 5 mins to papong area by taxi(37THB if no trafic jam), or 15 mins on foot
