The staff was willing to help which made us feel much better after we encounter a problem with the equipments. One note to add is that the room service closes quite early.

I stayed in many different hotels in Bangkok, from guesthouse to 5 stars. This one comes on the top. Because of the large "feel at home" condo you get for this amount of money. Swimming pool is large enough and was never busy. Breakfast is excellent but the room can get busy. Staff is absolutely perfect. Indeed, like someone else said, you miss charm a little since the deco is maybe too much western style.
- Shopping Tip : Siam square and all the shopping centers are 10 to 15 minutes drive away by taxi.

If you want to live near a BTS station, this may not be a good choice. But the locataion is conveniently situated, so still easy to go to places by taxi, if no traffic jam.

We had a problem finding this hotel. We stayed one night and the rooms were big and comfortable. Staff are polite and competent.

Executive room has two separate rooms. One is nice living, dining, kitchen and the other for bedroom with very reasonable price.
- Nightlife Tip : A few minutes walk to Silom street.

Some might feel the hotel is a little distant from the light rail stations, but not a problem for those comfortable with taking taxis, or with using the shuttle service provided by the hotel.
