Great find!
Convenient to airport, great staff.

We thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, large and better than expected for the price. We stayed in deluxe with balcony. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast (included in price) was plentiful. We arrived late evening and the restaurant on the roof was still open, had a great dinner, then drinks on the roof terrace. This hotel was a great place to stay after a long flight and an early start the next day.

Good for overnight airport stay, but not much else

We had to stay in Bangkok for one night, so we chose this hotel very near the airport. It only takes ten minutes or so to get there. The lobby area is very smart. You get the impression it wants to be a mini Marriott or Hilton. We booked a cube room, one with no windows. I didn't mind it but my boyfriend hated it, the lack of natural light is a little disconcerting. The room itself was big and the bathroom was excellent. This however is as good as it got. The rooms have no wardrobes or cupboards, just two rails and two hangers. Our safe did not work. They tried to fix it but to no avail. You also get a plasma tv, but the picture quality (when there was a picture) is terrible. There is also a pool, though it is way to small to have the word swimming in front of it. The walls are very thin and we were woken up early by our neighbours. Pricing at this hotel is ambitious to say the least. There is only one small lift serving the whole place and there was no air-con in the hallways. Our transfer did turn up on time though. There are too many things wrong here. If you need to put your head down for one night before a flight it's ok, otherwise don't bother.

very simple room but service is good

location is not very convenience, 10mins from airport but surrounding not much to see and eat. and need around 45mins to city centre. the room size is ok but very simple, still clean. service is very good, all the staffs very helpful.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel is only 10mins from the airport. I will definitely come back to this place again.

Huge disappointment , the room was ordinary at best , and to suggest this is a 4* Hotel is laughable. The balcony didn't even have a chair or table , nothing infact , and the breakfast buffet was the worst I have encountered for a good while, awful looking hot selection , even the fresh fruit platters looked bleak(unusual in Thailand). I had a couple of slices of toast , a cup of coffee and left.
I won't be back , loads of great hotels in Bangkok , this isn't one of them.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms.
Roof-top restaurant, quiet location

This a very good hotel if you need a quick stop-over. It is fairly close to the airport. The rooms are clean and the roof-top restaurant is lovely.
Travel tip:
Be sure to give hotel your flight details so you are not waiting for a long time for transfer to hotel.
