Taxi took me to incorrect hotel, but a call to the Suvarnabhumi and they organised transport for me immediately. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff here is very friendly, efficient and check-in super quick. If you book, make sure that there is their pick up at the airport included in the price.The cost of the taxi is 100 bath anyway..

just what I needed when travelling! I was travelling from Phuket back to Europe and had to stay one night at Bangkok. This hotel was close to the airport, they had airport transfer and it worked well. The athmosphere was relaxing, I got rest and that was just what I needed. Bed was good, room clean, food good and service friently.

Great location for quick stopover
Free wifi and only 10 mins from Suvarnabhumi Airport

Booked the hotel for a quick stopover before my next flight. Took only 10 mins for the taxi to get there from the airport. (Taxi was 81 baht plus the baht airport surcharge = baht)
Check-in was quick and efficient. Ordered room service twice. First order was fried rice but the portion was so small I had to order a burger & fries to fill me up which was fine, since the prices for the meals were okay. Free wifi was fast and easy to log into.
Beds were comfy but I was a bit grossed out by some body hair I found on one of the beds. I slept on the other one (there were two double beds in the room) which did not have any hair. I did unfortunately find some more hair in the walk-in shower but was able to wash that away with the shower head.
As a hotel manager myself, I recommend that the housekeeping manager take a vacuum to the floors in the room and the showers, as it's hard to see any dirt or hairs on the floors due to the wood flooring and the brown tiling in the bathroom.
Check out was a breeze. Took the hotel transfer back to the airport for 150 baht ($5). Front Desk/Concierge were really friendly and helpful.
Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room but considering the price I paid and for the convenience of being close to the airport, I'd probably give them another shot next time I have a stopover.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Most of the light switches are next to the bed, except for the tv feature wall. That one will be on next to the balcony door (if you have a balcony) or somewhere thereabouts.

Very near to Airport, Great Location. Useful for relaxation as there was a late Massage. Neat and clean. Good food. Lovely atmosphere.

The stay was ok - it was just for one night. The room was of a good size, nothing fancy. The food at the hotel resto hasn't much to rave about either. And the worst part was, they claim to have airport transfers, but when we arrived at the airport, nobody was there to pick us up! And when we called them again to ask, they had no clue we were arriving when we just talked to them an hour ago, before we departed. So they said they'll be sending a driver to get us, we waited for another 30mins and nobody came! They claim on the internet that the hotel is only 10mins from the airport. So we just decided to take a cab.
One good thing i can say about it is that the staff tried to be helpful- they let us print out a bunch of documents instead of charging us for the use of the printer.

Hotel was pleasant. Room was comfortable. Good service at reception. Packed breakfast was provided since I had to leave early morning for my flight.The hotel lobby was large and inviting. Good restaurant menu specials were advertised but I did not try it as I had an external invitation for dinner.
