High class and great location!
Good reliable wifi, great food and services at an extremely reasonable price.

I was surprised at the elegance and overall quality of the suite that I received. The balcony was large and its close to a 711 and ATM. Their shuttle service was able to promptly get me to my 530 am check in at the airport. Since I was leaving before 6am they weren't serving breakfast yet so they offered me a free boxed breakfast to take with me. Outstanding! Will stay here again.

Great location!
Very nice hotel and friendly staffs.

First of all i have to thank you to all staffs, they safed my dad life. My dad were really sick and they help me and my dad immediately to the hospital just in time! I love location near resturants bars local street food, staff very friendly and just 15 mins from airport. I would go back again.

I stayed here for about 14 hours. Room was fine as were the staff. Nothing especially special about this hotel but nothing bad either.

After confirming by email shuttle would pick me up (Gate 3 level 2), none was there.... I went to information desk and had them phone hotel, which told me, yes they are there at gate 3, level 2. As I was standing at Gate 3, level 2 at that moment, I said "I cannot see anyone here with your hotel name or my name" . She asked what I was wearing and I told her. THen we said goodbye and a hotel rep (young woman) came through the doors a few minutes later saying "sorrry, sorry". It appears the shuttle had been dropping someone off at arrivals and were late getting me. Lots of confusion as she had to do something else, no English other than 'sorry, two minutes" so not sure where she went, came back and took me outside, called by walkie talkie to shuttle driver who drove up, I got in and thought "finally"! And we moved up a little on the road and sat there, no aircon, apparently waiting for someone else! I was not pleased. Asked for aircon, no response. Finally I guess he gave up and took me by myself to hotel. Not a good start to the stay!! I got checked in fine, room ok but floor dirty from previous guest(s) - looked like spilled sticky stuff, bathroom shelves dusty and bedlinen had holes. Note to hotel - not good indications of quality.. This is not a cheap hotel pricewise. Breakfast buffet good - both western and Thai food. Shuttle booked for me at check in for 9:30 a.m. but they could not find my name (which I had written on the list the night before) or time on the shuttle list for a.m. driver!!!! not impressed. Anyway i got a shuttle to airport on time in a taxi like hotel shuttle.

Good rooms, but inefficient.

Rooms are very nice, as is the rooftop restaurant & small swimming pool. I really want to say good things about the place, but found it to be inefficient.
Most people staying here will be on a tight schedule re flights. But restaurant is closed between 10am -11am. You can however order room service, having ordered a club sandwich, we waited & waited. After over 45 mins, still no sandwich & it transpires they hadn't even started to make it, so I left hungry as I had to get to the airport.
Couldn't get Wifi to work.
