if you stay bangkok it is the very nice hotel to stay, do not need to stay in the city, becauce of the trafic, it is more easy to eveywhere from suvarnabhumi suite with highway, next time we will prefer again to stay this hotel, internet is ok, they have also free shutle to airport. also they have a very good excutive chef at roof restaurant, i recommend this man's diner

Nice hotel, good service and cheap

The hotel is nice and close to the airport, perfect for simple stop overs or if you're like us having to wait til the next day for a Thai domestic flight.. We had a little hiccup as the aircon in our room failed. The staff were more than helpful and had us in another room in no time. Breakfast on the roof is a treat, Thai and western style. Can sit and watch the Jumbo's take off from the airport. There is a 7/11 over the raod from the hotel, but you must be careful when crossing this road... any road crossing in Thailand could be considered dangerous.. I'd prefer to order from the hotel. We will definitly stay at this hotel again...
Hotel Feature Tip:
Close to the airport, and has massage although I am yet to try this, but it does look good... Airport transfers cost 150 baht each way and only takes a few minutes. Also the hotel is back somewhat from the main road reducing the traffic noise a lot... If only overnighting for further travel I recommend this hotel for those on a budget.

OK hotel. Very hard to find, but good for 1 night

Was welcomed by quite an aggressive receptionist who told me to pay up Baht 700 as there were 2 people in the room.. I did not notice that the voucher indeed stated 1 person, but normally all prices are paid for the room, not per person. The manner to demand payment was not very welcoming, especially as it took me 1 hour to find the hotel and arrived at midnight...
The other big minor point is the electric plugs. Nowadays you wonder why hotels don't put in more plugs to charge all electric appliances (phones, laptops etc.). There were 2 plugs hidden away on the floor underneath one side of the bed, while there was only 1 remaining one, on the floor again for the kettle, which meant that the kettle was on the floor to boil the water... Silly little thing and avoidable. Rest was OK. Had breakfast elsewhere as place did not look very inviting to start the day. Pool was small, but OK for a quick dip.

Great hotel, great service
Quiet, clean, with a friendly and helpful staff

I arrived in Bangkok around 2 am and needed a quiet place to get over the jet lag. Suvarnabhumi Suite was the perfect place. I booked an interior room with no windows so that the morning light would not wake me up. The room was very spacious, clean, and very quiet. The hotel staff was top notch, and very accomodating to my requests. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs peace and quiet and doesn't mind being away from the noise and distractions of downtown Bangkok while trying to adjust to the time difference.

wonderful hotel, comfortable, full breakfast, close (5 minutes) to the airport, attentive staff. perfect if you are in transit through bangkok or if you are so inclined you can take the skytrain into the city and save a whole lot of money. airport transfer is round the clock.
i would stay at this hotel again if i ever need to go to bangkok.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Close to train service for a trip into Bangkok. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and the breakfast option was very good. The room was very good, bathroom was clean and extra towels, soap and shampoo was provided on request. On the whole I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
