easy hotel transfer
nice room for the deal on agoda

Used the free airport transfers to and from the airport to get to the airport train to town and back. Pick up was on time both ways. Breakfast is ok. Egg chef would be a welcome addition instead of cold eggs. Wifi needs improvement, seems to vasilate between full signal and no signal.

the hotel is nice clean apsrt from the pool which is dirty and has no sun also only two sun louge ok for a night transfer to aiprt and food was really good. staff not friendly but hey you have each other ok for money i guess.
Restaurant Tip:
roof top resturant to hotel good.

It was comfortable, price wad right compared to the airport hotel option. The cons are inconsistent WiFi connections (and only one login per room),what is up with that?), sometimes moody reception staff, but overall accomodating.

Our flight from Koh Samui was delayed 3 hours which made our stay at the hotel very short. However the transfer service was excellent, the driver was waitng for us and the ride to the hotel was less than 10 min away. Teh room was spacious and nice but had a noicy ac. The bathroom good but had a leaking toilet. We didnt bother to complain for the short stya we had. Breakfast buffé was ok.
Transfer service back to the airpot in the morning was also excellent.

You can hear what's going on in the next room. Hotel Manager was very uncooperative when we requested to search for lost phone within the same day we checked out. He yelled at us for calling them twice because they won't return our phone call even after a day.

The hotel is very near the airport & the room is pretty comfortable. The only problem I faced was the front-desk staffs as it seems that they are pretty new & very busy to serve me.

very overpriced food, laundry service burned our clothes, no return transfer to airport (they made us get a taxi), illiterate response and failed to deal with complaints. told us wrong directions to locations. very poor indeed
