Executive room and non-smoking floor. Very attentive, friendly, courteous staff. Good location for shopping and Thailand Cultural Centre. Room size and amenities were fitting for a 5 star hotel. All staff were courteous and helpful. Executive floor was non-smoking. The Executive lounge was excellent with complimentary Happy Hour and appetizers. The Executive Lounge staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurants and bar were also well appointed and staffed, and the food was top-notch. This hotel is located close to the Thailand Cultural Centre and Robinson Department store, as well as entertainment areas. Good value for money

its remaind me the old hotels from H.K . its nice place and nice feeling No free internet, and too expensive for use it The hotel located about 50m from the subway, its easy to move arround the city. its big hotel and nice buffet breackfest. the room are big, but a bit old and small TV. there is no free internet and too expensive for use it. also parking is free just for 3H. over all i will say its like a 4star hotels and not 5. close by there is a big shoping area and resturant (10min walk)

Nice place for just relax a bit expensive for what you get If you dont want to fly to an islend and prefer to rent a car/Taxi you can get in 3H drive to this lovely place. in general its give the same feeling as you go to Samui or Phuket, just a bit smaller, and not so much shop as in samui or phuket, but its nice at night to walk on the beach and have many resturant on the beach, can rent a bike for 300bht and see all the islend.the room ok, but a bit expensive for what u get. overall it was nice and relax

room - clean and very comfortable
staffs - very friendly and service minded It's very easy to get to the hotel,very close MRT Huaykwang, department store just 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. All staffs are very welcome and very friendly. The price is reasonable for the room that I got. It's vey clean and comfortable to stay. The food is also delicious.

Large rooms and bathrooms. Quiet hotel. Large swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Not centrally located. Expensive internet. I am staying in this hotel already several years and very satisfied of the large rooms and bathrooms, good service and excellent breakfast. Also a nice swimming pool and fitness center.
The minor point is the ripp-off internet fee (600bath a day while more and more hotels give it for free)and the not so centrally location but there is an underground station next to hotel.

Breakfast! Soft robe. Dual bathtub and shower. The pool isn't open long enough. My husband and I are traveling around the world, mostly staying in guesthouses (hostels) and the like. But after getting sick during our last location, we decided to step our accomodations up a notch in Bangkok. And oh, did Le Concorde step it up! The entry to the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are equally fabulous. Very soft comfortable linens. Good quality robes to use in room. Well equiped fitness center. Ever changing territorial views. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. And great access to the rest of the city. This is a fabulous value and we'll be sure to be back.

This hotel has a great location right next to the subway and lots of shopping opportunities. The bathrooms are AWESOME with seperate bathroom and showers and excellent water pressure. The air conditioning is quiet - something I can't say for several other plces we've stayed in Bangkok and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! It's across the street from a huge 'massage parlor' but the seediness didn't seem to seep into the hotel in anyway. The pool closes at 10 PM. My husband and I stayed at this hotel mid-week for three nights in May 2009. We were very impressed by the attentive door staff and concierge and the entry way is architecturally pleasing. The rooms were without reproach and most of outstanding views of downtown Bangkok. Up check in you receive a welcome drink as you lounge in the bar while the staff takes your bags to your room. Very posh.

Cabinets and shelves are not practical for storing undergarments and clothing Impressive lobby, a stone throw from underground rapid transit(MRT), teak wood furniture, impressive looking sink faucets, but poorly designed, water spilled on the sink counter. Hair shampoo and conditioner are poor quality. Very helpful staff. One MRT station away from Carrefour, a very good grocery, department store, food-court and restaurants.

location, room quality, staffs, facilities, restaurants, night life..all 5 stars. location near MRT, room quality - big & clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, facilities - gym | swimming pool | business centre.. restaurants are wonderful both the Japanese & Cantonese, night life are just around and opposite..all 5 stars.
Nightlife Tip : Entertainment plaza, massage - foot & traditional, disco, restaurants...everything except a-Go-Go bar.

Close proximity to all outlets eg. entertainment, transportation, airport and eateries as well as shopping malls. Mattress and towels in the bedroom need to be changed as it's a little overused. Staying at the hotel is rather convenient with the MRT station a stone throw away, easy access to public transportation and also eateries and shopping malls plus entertainment outlets but the hotel needs to upgrade the mattress and towels as these items are a little worn out!

Larger room.
Seperating bath room(Shower and bathtub). There's not any grocery store near hotel.
Bellboy explaned drinking water service wrongly.
I was billed for water I think it was free. Hotel is a little far from downtown in Bangkok.
But I never minded the place of hotel because there is subway station in a minute walk.
Breakfast is very good.You can have a good morning.
Also you can enjoy pool and fitness room.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is easy to access some places you want to go with BTS.
