stayed here before, check that review.. best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at what can I say? I really like this hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are quite nice, the food is excellent and great value, and it's a short walk to everything in Sukuhmvit, and taxis abound to go anywhere else. would stay again anytime. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Good location. Room is showing age. Has a musty smell. Decent hotel for the money. Rooms are getting old. I would stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : The Crossbar Pub is a very good spot around the corner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food though stay the same daily was enough to give you variety. The workout room has enough space and machines to be a real workout room and there is a sauna too. The room size fits us all. The hotel is in need of some renovation. The hot water was not flowing evenly it can get too hot or cold. The swimming pool is not kid friendly for those under 7 yrs old and the water is cold as they might not have a water heater for the pool With the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the fairly supplied breakfast, the usability of the workout room. I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Since I was travelling with my wife and two kids one who is 3 yrs old. The walk to the MRT/BTS was a bit far though for adults it would not be a problem. I would stay at this hotel with my wife but with my kids I might stay closer to access public transportation. But with taxis fairly inexpensive.. it be okay.
Travel tip : Many massage parlours line the street outside the hotel. Tony's a few meters away, the only one for Thai massage for 100B an hour and they are good. There are also a number of Japanese, Korean, and Western Restaurant around the block.

great location, nice staff This hotel is great, just off the main drag on a quiet street but very close to all the action if that is what you want. Nice staff, very helpful and attentive to any special requests.

Nice Large room with all amenities - Central Location Hotel in good location just off Sukhumvit Road and short walk to Asoke Skytrain and Sukhumvit underground. Large well decorated room with everything needed - free tea/coffee, in-room safe nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast with good selection of European/Asian food. Hotel is known by taxi drivers and not far from Airport. A good value hotel in a central location to explore everything that Bangkok has to offer. Very close to Soi Cowboy if that is your scene.

Booking in advance as not to avoid any dissapointment ,, friendly staff big rooms everything worked. asked for a bucket of ice at 23.40 hrs on new year eve .. it came at 12.15am om new years day the warm moet was well drunk by then . thats thailand for you. thai time you cant beat it cool apart from i booked room for my girl friend an myself expecting a king size bed .. but got 2 singles ,, could not be bothered to fuss just pushed them together it was a good night no body fell through the gap

The staff at this hotel are very nice. They bend over backwards to take care of any minor request. The location is excellent and I can not think of a better place to stay in Bangkok.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the wireless internet in the room is free. The staff is extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff, awesome breakfast, good location, nice room none come to mind.. the bed is asian/firm, so some might not be used to the firmness This place was actually quite good. I arrived at 3 am from the US and ordered a bowl of Udon which came immediately and was quite good. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent with a great assortment of food. The location is great for shopping, nightlife and massage. I will stay again

Central location near to BTS Asoke & MRT Sukumvit,
Plenty of massage shops in front of hotel,
Nice restaurants also along the main street,
lastly, though hotel is not new but it is kept clean and tidy. Hotel needs a new look ( refurbishment ) Being located near Bts and Mrt, this hotel is ideal for going around shopping, dining and massage or spa. Despite being a old hotel, the general condition of the hotel is kept clean and pleasant. Nearby the hotel is Soi Cowboy which is famous for drinks.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for family, couple or single traveller(s).
Restaurant Tip : A nice japanese family-owned restaurant just across the street from the hotel. It serves tradisional foods not found in any big japanese eating places.
The owners, husband and wife and their daughter, Ryoko are excellent hosts.

Clean and friendly staff,Central to sky train and Metro,room was everything I expected, free wi-fi. swimming no in best location and when I went for swim the pool was in the shade in the afternoon. I stay here everytime I visit Bangkok as it's value for money, clean hotel and central for transport.
