The breakfast service is really poor. It used to be very good. It is almost like there is no manager. Food is good but cold. Serving dishes might be empty. Egg cooking counter unmanned. Waiter service really poor. Plenty of cooks and waiters but they do not seem to know what they should do.
Carpets in the hallways and rooms need to be shampooed (cleaned). Particularly in traveled areas.
House keeping and front desk service very good.

No better value hotel anywhere

Fourth visit, it is always great value. Close to transport, restaurants, entertainment areas and shopping. Excellent coffe shop just across the road. Taxi drivers can find it, just say Soi Cowboy. Staff are always helpful and no hassles or bagering. Everything reasonably priced, food, mini bar and spa. Cannot find a reason to stay at an expensive hotel, I will always stay here.

Only problem I continuously (2 separate occasions) have at hotel is an unwelcome wake up call to sell time share or condo's at another location. Please stop this. It is not professional. Schedule these meetings at time of check in.
