The overall service was very good but clearly the hotel is old. The 24 hours breakfast and vicinity to Patpong market are clear advantages.

i arrived in bangkok as a first time traveller to the country. i was meant to be collected from the airport by the hotel, but they were a no show!! i eventually arrived, and had booked a deluxe room. on entering my room-the room was large but very cold looking, there were black marks all over the carpet, i opened the curtains to be faced with a dirty building right in front of me, the shower was a head over the bath. i did express my concerns but got told no other rooms were available. the following evening i was kept awake by a screaming cat in the alley way- to which after another discussion they agreed to move me. the staff were very friendly however.
Nightlife Tip:
Patpong Market is 10 mins down the road, definately a must see!!

I'm a frequent traveller and been to Thailand many times. In short my stay in this hotel was very impressive.
Travel tip:
eventhough hotel located in a busiest point but the hotel area very quite,and the atmosphre conducive. All the hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Nice and friendly staff, close to shopping district and street life right outside the door.

the hotel was easy to get to just a short walk from the train. my room was big and clean. but my only gripe was that the bed was too soft, at least for my taste.
the staff were very nice and friendly. but what i especially liked was its proximity to shopping district and it had a street scene just outside the hotel.
as a business traveler who likes to experience some of the culture of my destination, this hotel offered all of this.

I stayed for seven nights on a business trip. I found the staff very helpful staff, be it at the reception, restaurant or cleaning. Security is excellent with a guard at the elevator. The breakfast has several different styles and the room was quite big with a comfortable bed.
Nightlife Tip:
Area is most active at night. Many restaurants, bars and subway nearby.
