Nice hotel, staff very friendly but....

great location, staff very helpful even to the extent that you were worried about entering the hotel due to having to s ay hello to 10 different people. room was nice, very large and clean. the location is a stone throw from pat pong market and all the bars and clubs. the hotel had a plus and that was the swimming pool but in the afternoon it had no sun. when we checked in the reception staff gave us 2 bits of paper to fill in and walked away but when i showed them the reservation their attitude changed and they couldn't do enough for us. i found that a bit odd as everyone should be treated the same and not differently dependant on the type of room you have. they made asumputions about us before we got to the counter. the breakfast was good and a very large selection to choose from. nice hotel but it did have faults

good location at the center of night life

quite good location and good services, but old facilities.
many japanese stay here. cause the hotel is close to Taniya Street which is a Japanese's favarite night life place.
Nightlife Tip:
many Japanese style mass and night clubs.
many gay gathering places also.

Good hotel for location to night market Patpong, close to Lumphini Park. Good sized rooms, well stocked mini bar, got an upgrade to a better room free of charge, staff very attentive and always very helpful, good clean pool area, only problem with my stay was that they were doing some renovations in some of the rooms and that you heard them starting to work 8.30am, apart from that good hotel in great location and very reasonably priced
Restaurant Tip:
200 yards to the left of the hotel, there is food stalls at night, where you can get something to eat for 40baht

I stayed there for 4 nights, I'm very happy with the condition of the hotel. The room is clean, no disturbance, the staffs are very friendly and they respond fast to my little inquiry. Sure I will stay there again, if got chance
Shopping Tip:
A night market is just a walking distance, can do your bargain before buying.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the hotel is conveniently close to all night clubs that you will not want to miss while stay in bangkok. services is good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. there are a lot hotels along silom road and surawong. some are cheap and some are expensive. tawana hotel is middle range in terms of price but it is value for money. the room is clean and cozy. not big but spacious enough for you to move around.

A pleasant stay, quiet and big room. They have there own tuk tuk but it stops at night, why!!!

we stayed here for 3 nights and the fact that this hotel is located at the most strategic bangkok city which is accessible within all the hotspots area for shopping, night entertainment,and most importantly, food outlets are just few steps away. this make the hotel is the best choice at a one-stop quality. hotel service is excellent and the ambience and decor is up to the standard and expectations. i'm sure we will come back again in the next travel plan to bangkok. overall, it is quite satisfactory experience staying in tawana.

Close to anywhere happening around Silom; Easy to access to BTS station

Good location. Nice staff. You will enjoy the time staying in Tawana. I had some issues with internet but the staff came right away and fixed it. I really like this hotel for helping people. I can't find any bad parts of the hotel. Access to night marktes, bars, etc is easy.
