The bed linen was not changed . The hotel does tend to treat guests booked thru agoda and similar booking sites in a discriminatory manner .

it is a terrible experience.

not impressed into service due to i have to early check in but all rooms were fully booked. the receptionist said that he will call me immediately when we can check-in. we wait for 3-4 hours and no any phone call from the hotel. then we decided to go to the hotel and ask the receptionist again, the answer is "yes, you can check in now, room is available."
no any phone call, but we have to wait wait and wait. bad service!!!

This hotel has very friendly and courteous staff,good facilities and comfortable beds and pillows , the room I stayed in was a bit ordinary but clean. the drink prices at the bar and pool area were very cheep and service was excellent .Live music at the pool on Monday night and the food was good.This hotel s very close to the night market and shopping, bars and local restaraunts

Very good standard of accommodation and service for the price. Excellent location which is well placed for all the major sights and experiences Bangkok has to offer.
Good location in the Patpong night market neighborhood with its night life. Good location with a walking distance to MTS and MTR and with a cheap meter taxi journey to shopping in MBK, Siam centers and Central world.
