A sure return
Location. Though the hotel was at the end of the soi and too far to walk to the BTS, the hotel had timely and curteous transportation to and from the BTS station at Ploenchit, close to all our favorite places. Also, the rooms were very roomy, nicely furnished and there was a complimentary I-pod usage for movies and music.

We were very impressed with the Tenface hotel and felt like we were ripping them off for the price we got. The service was great and very friendly. The room was very spacious, living area and bedroom. Upon arrival, we were given an I-pod to use that we could download movies and music and play them on the widescreen t.v.. Each time we needed to get to the BTS (skytrain), the hotel tuk-tuk was ready to take us, the longest we ever had to wait was 2-3 mins. The bed was also very comfortable, we were even given a choice of pillows depending on your orthopedic needs. The view was nothing to get excited about but there are rarely good views in Bangkok. The only negative we had was the volume of the karaoke downstairs at a late hour. Easy solution would be to have room on a higher floor.

Paragon Mall has the best food court with countless choices of International foods.

Just can't get any better

The most bang for your buck. Stayed there for 2 nights, and it was truly amazing. Loved how the people behind the concept even took care of things down to the very last detail by having their own in-house channel featuring a documentary that shows the various must-see places in the opinion of the hotel's concierge
Location is a bit off but plenty of motorcycle taxis at the start of the Soi if you are lazy to walk. Amazing selection of restaurants from wine bistros (Bacchus) and full-service restaurants including a French one which is right at the junction before the turn-in to the hotel - So for the perpetually hungry and curious, you are spoilt silly. BTS is just a stone throw's away too so yes, convenience within walking distance.
All-in-all, I really have nothing much to complain about since it just can't get any better for rate a night, w/o breakfast. And it's hard to believe that this place has been in operation for about 2 years!

Staying at Tenface impressed me a lot. I love this place very much.
I visited Tenface for my business at All Seasons Building, where is located very closed to the hotel. Just only a few seconds by Tenface tuk-tuk (best tuk-tuk i've seen). All staff are very nice and provide the best services for us. My girlfriends and I felt comfortable in this hotel very much. In my experience, this small hotel is one of the best downtown hotels.

Try to use tuk-tuk services. It's fun.

A group of us (14 pax) checked into Tenface to attend a friend’s wedding in BKK & we were ALL most impressed with the hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay… despite its superbly well-hidden location behind the Conrad Hotel. [Note: Agoda also gave us the best price on the web.]

Modern 'boutique hotel'. I booked a last minute special and I think it was great value for money.
Pls mind this is a serviced residence rather than hotel,so
not really a 'hotel feeling' which for me is a plus. Free Tuktuk shuttle to BTS station. The disadvantage a really these 400 meters that it is away from the main street. in 200 meters distance you can also take a motorbike taxi towards the main street for 10THB. Very friendly staff. At good rate I will be back.
Nightlife Tip:
Conrad Hotel which is nearby has a great club, just 500 meters away.

Location is great for me, cause i have my own transport in Bangkok. But for first time visitors, best stay someplace central.
Rooms are perfect in size, but wished they had some basic cooking or microwave facility. Restaurant is good, but pricey for Thai standards. The bar is nice, great happy hours 1 for 1 offer, but the music selection is hopeless. Gym is basic but sufficient. If you need transport, better get the tuk tuk to get to the main streets, waiting for one to come by is not an option, takes forever.
Travel tip:
Use the TukTuk bike to get to the BTS station, very helpful.
Waiting for a taxi is hopeless.

I very much like to stay in this hotel. I work in my hotel room and so spend a lot of time in my hotels. In Tenface, you get two rooms - which is so convenient for what I do. Livingroom has a great quality couch, both rooms have flatscreen TV and everything is quality - the carpets, the curtains, the bed, everything. Also a plus is curtains that block outside light completely.

Odd location, but excellent value for money

This is an odd-mix of a hotel.
The location is at the end of a narrow street that leads off from another small sub-street, which is very quiet and serene. In spite of this, it is also in the heart of Bangkok and the excellent transport service to skytrain station means that it is never as inconvenient as it seems. That street is also a nice neighbourhood, so it doesn't feel scary at night.
However, this serenity doesn't carry into the room, which overlooks highway. But in exchange of this, you get very large room (consisting of bedroom and living room) that though it has been decorated in minimalist style still feels high quality.
There are also some nice touches like free pre-paid sim cards and 1 day pass for Skytrain, which is hotel's own design and comes in handy as a funky souvenior.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get phone number from lobby for pick-up service from Skytrain, its too long to walk!

Superb hotel service

Best service I've had at a hotel in a long time. The staff were very friendly and attentive and were happy to help with anything. The one bedroom suite we booked was also very spacious and beautifully designed, with a wonderful bedroom and a luxurious living room for relaxing after a busy day of exploring Bangkok. We got a good deal for the suite on Agoda, so it was all great value.
The only slight downside was the location of the hotel, which lies at the end of a couple of small lanes winding off Wireless Road, making the walk out to the main road and back a little tiring, especially if you've been out all day, and it also means you don't have much of a "neighbourhood around the hotel" to explore easily. Fortunately the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the BTS skytrain station so it's really convenient to get out and back.
