the rooms are large with modern decoration, staff are friendly and helpful, tuk-tuk service to the bts or local restaurants is convenient; the heart-box including i-pod, bts card and a sim card are a nice touch rooms facing the expressway are noisier, and for this standard of hotel the tv channels are limited; one more sign on ruamrudee in thai would be helpful - the taxi drivers cant read the english one this hotel is located in a small residential area on the edge of the bangkok shopping-mall district; it is convenient for access to the various embassies on wireless road, famous bangkok eateries [Neils tavern, Coffee Beans by Dao] the siam malls and the night market in lumpini park. The hotel itself is stylish with many thoughtful design details and luxury touches and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to experience a different aspect of bangkok than the standard 5* hotel can offer then try Tenface

Comfortable bed and pillow, nice living room 1. Bad location, most taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is. Although hotel provides tuk-tuk to/from BTS, have to request/wait everytime.
2. Have read lots of complaint regarding the welcome kit - the black box from various forum. I faced the same situation upon check-in, hotel reception said it is out-of-stock. Have to ask for it several times, finally I got it but without the BTS pass.
3. Hotel lobby and corridor is too dark.
4. Tiny swimming pool.
I won't stay at this hotel anymore (actually it should not be named as hotel, should be a serviced residence as we saw the sign along the narrow street on the way to the "hotel". Have read lots of articles from the newspapers saying it is a nice boutique hotel which is more than HKD 1,600 per nite. After staying at this "hotel", I think it just only worth not more than HKD 400 !!

Cozy, beautiful furnishing, comfy bed Far from the main road (but free tuktuk provided) First impression: Very secluded, really away from the main Sukhumvit Road. Huge suite room. Modern amenities available. Unfortunately, got a room facing the noisy highway. Internet was down for 2 out of 3 days, only managed to get it up 30mins before check out. Aircon duct was leaking in the middle of the night, but the staff's sincere apology more than made up for the inconvenience. Only SIM card provided, would be good if a basic cellphone provided. Would be keen if another offer comes up.

staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom are spacious, all the things in the horel is nicely branded, deserve the price it asks First time i arrived at the hotel i was a bit confused as the location of this hotel is quite hidden from the main street. However, when i went to the reception, everything was processed so quickly and what i like was that i did not have to wait for so long for my suitcase to be delievered to my room.
The room was great in terms of space and also nicely decorated. The general colour of the room was a bit dark to my taste but it was artsy with little artistic ornaments displayed. I also love that this hotel pays attention to every little details of whatever it is in the room. Almost all things are branded nicely.
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Too bad about the location as it is not convenient when you are rushing to go to the sky train. They provide free tuk tuk service which is cool as sometimes they use a retro car as the tuk tuk but sometimes it can be time consuming because the service is very popular. So spare some time when you are about to go anywhere if you intend to use the tuk tuk service as you might have to wait.

I like Tenface & am likley to visit it again provided they guarantee me a room that does not face the motorway which is very noisy. The staff is good but the food is pricey ; especially for Bangkok. No wonder the restaurant is rarely busy.A business centre would also help immensely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bangkok is a tourists dream. Enjoy it !!

I enjoyed staying again in the Hotel though they could bot give me an eraly check-in like some other hotels. I would like to stay again. A few improvements are necessary. The restaurant prices are inconsistent with the market & hence the restaurant is often empty.
Restaurant Tip : Some nice restaurants around though the Hotel is in a by-lane

Overall, my experience in the Hotel was good though some things could ahve been better. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to others. I would request the management to instal double-glazing in the windws facing the motorway.
Travel tip : Plan your outings outside the hotels as it is tucked away ina Soi !!

-very large comfortable room with chic design
-a lot of fancy bar and restaurant near hotel (just next to conrad) -very small swimming pool -book it through agoda just 500/night include tax. really worth!
-staff with gd english and very helpful
-provide with free sim card, bts 1 day pass (but u have to ask for this!!)
-free tuk tuk is nice
-15 mins walk to central world (after tuk tuk service to the bts station)
-i have not tried the restaurant/room service so I don't know how's the standard.
-however tv channel too few, there is even no MTV channel.

Very unique and beautiful room and interior designs. I think others have said it all. That's for sure. Every reviews talked about the poor location. I had finally experinced personally how inconvenient it is. The hotel is indeed within a very very small and inner residential lane. You really need trasporation to get in and out from the hotel. Same as other traveller, they didn’t give me the sim card till I asked for it (not good). This card is important as you get 50 Baht credit to calll the hotel for a Tuk-Tuk. Once I was at the sky train station and called for the Tuk-Tuk. It didn’t turn out till I made another call. The receptionist obviously forgot So, at he end, I stood there like stupid and waited for 20 mins under 36 degrees of temperture. That experience really drove me mad. The hotel is ideal for a tourist who goes out in the morning and went back at night for sleep. It’s not convenient for someone likes me who goes in and out the hotel twice at least. Once you asked for the Tuk-Tuk serivce every time, you got a bit embarrssed. So, at the end, I decided not to go out in the evening. By the way, it’s not I don’t take a taxi. It’s hard for a taxi driver to find the hotel anyway. So, would I stay again? I am not so sure (I am soory)!! But to be fair, the service of the hotel staff is good.
Nightlife Tip : Don't return too late!! It's very dark nearby.

Apartment size, cleanliness Otherwise a classy Apartment hotel though the kitchens seem to have been taken out. Breakfast a bit expensive for the price and competition.The shuttle compensates for the distance to main road. The early check-in was not given given though we could never be sure if that was deliberate or something management could not have helped.

spacious, beautiful decor, quiet, modern, friendly service, the location is a little out of the way and waiting for a taxi can take a while - make sure you ask for one around 10-20 mins before hand. TenFace is a really great place to visit if you are on holiday with a partner or a friend, the art and graphics are unique and cool, but also romantic at the same time, you feel like you are home and not in a corporate hotel if you catch my drift, for those who like boutique hotels and special design hotels, Ten Face is definitely up your alley overall - had a really good stay.

contemporary thai decor combined with spacious living(even for one-bedroom suite).comfortable bed,shower, bath.
top notch consierge service by providing guests with on-the-call tuk tuk shuttle and more importantly, a prepaid SIM card with value. With this, we called back the hotel concierge to help guide a lost taxi driver, enquire about sky bar opening/closing hours, book our massage while shopping in Jatujak.
There is great attention to detail during our stay, such as a bucket of ice for guests to cool off the heat upon check in, thai sweets placed on the coffee table for supper, bottled water & glass placed by the bedside table in case you get thirsty during the night.
Be sure to watch the TENFACE top ten places in Bangkok on channel 15 or 16! iT's TENFACE's special take on the things to do/see/visit in Bangkok!
A terrific stay and will definitely be back! a few minor points...water seeps past the glass shower door and makes the bathroom floor really wet.providing toothbrush & toothpaste for guests would be prefect!It would be good to let guests know that TENFACE provides a complimentary prepaid SIM card.THis will really score extra points.
We had to ask for it as we knew about it after reading reviews ,or else, we were not given that upon check-in.
Was looking forward to the 'heartbox' with ipod to download music and movies, but due to overwhelming demand, we didn't manage to get it. but the above points would not make the stay any less perfect!
Overall a terrific experience!
Good dining recommendations by hotel
Even though many guests have written about the inconvenience of the location of the hotel (being at the end of a long soi/lane),the hotel did very well in overcoming that by providing the tuk tuk service. I think it's even better than staying at a place within walking distance from BTS , because you don't have to brace the heat walking out!
In fact, the location of the hotel at the end of the lane (but still in central Bangkok, 2 BTS stops from Siam Square)makes it a peaceful haven to return to after a day of activity!
Tip: print your own map of the hotel before going there! it'll be much easier for taxi drivers to navigate!Tell taxi drivers it's at a soi opposite the backdoor of Conrad Hotel on Soi Raumruidee.
Restaurant Tip : FOr thai food/fusion European cusine, try Curries & More by Baan Khanitha, which is very near hotel with reasonable prices
FOr massage, try Ruen Nuad (also introduced in the TenFace Top 10) on 42 Convent Rd. Very thorough & relaxing thai massage at 500bht for 90 min.

The hotel provides very good in-room wine for easy drinking and good in-room entertainment.
