quiet, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff close to skytrain

None

After a long flight, The Bedrooms provide a welcome rest. It is clean, comfortable and close to the skytrain for easy access to Bangkok shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff is especially friendly and courteous. The free breakfast offers a nice choice of western as well as Thai foods. I love good coffee and was not disappointed.

Helpful staff, good location, quiet, clean room

Cable TV channel selection

This hotel excels at some little things that one would expect in a lodging option, but which often go lacking even in more upscale properties. Water pressure and temperature are constant, the bed is comfortable, and--most importantly--staff are among the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered in any hotel. In terms of value for simple comfort, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Shopping Tip : If you don't mind an approximately 15-minute stroll, there's a large Jim Thompson outlet store on Soi 93, featuring substantial discounts on the same silk products they sell in their mall stores.

1. Clean rooms 2. New building 3. Accessiblity to BTS Skytrain and a Mall 4. Friendly Staff 5. Front Office speaks good English 6. Excellent breakfast 7. Excellent service / helpful staff

1. Housekeeping moved some personal items in the room but nothing was lost or misplaced. 2. Buffet food must have labels so guests know what they are eating. 3. Other hotel staff should develop their English skills

The hotel experience was better than we expected. the staff were well-mannered from the moment we checked in and we were delighted to get an upgrade. The front office really catered to our needs and gave quick action to our requests. Breakfast was always something to look forward to in this hotel. The front office staff spoke good English and we didn't feel any communication barrier. The location of the hotel is ideal for travellers who want a peaceful environment without compromising on accessiblity. The BTS Skytrain (On Nut Station) was only a 15 minute walk on the average. Taxi fare to and from the airport is not more than 250 Baht. This hotel is highly recommended and worth returning to for our future Bangkok adventures.

Shopping Tip : Carrefour, a shopping complex, in front of the hotel is great place to shop for Thailand Souvenir shirts. We bought ours for 59 Baht. The same shirt would have cost atleast 99 Baht or more in the Night Markets. Night Markets are for tourists, to find where the real deals are, check for places where the Thai locals do their shopping.

Close to the BTS Close to shops and market Relatively new

Access very difficult. Staff at reception not so friendly.

I booked the most expensive room for two friends visiting from Australia for their last nights in Bangkok. The executive suite was no bigger than the usual double room with only one bed. No features that would set it above a double room. I requested two beds but was told on arrival that suites only have one double (not even a fold down lounge). I paid extra for an additional camp stretcher type bed. Not impressed given the current tough times in tourism!

Shopping Tip : Very close to major complexes and local markets.

Excellent location with to the sky train, fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, CLEAN rooms, dishes in the rooms, free wireless internet and a computer for guest to use, friendly staff with reasonable English, near Carrefour, wonderful spa next door

Access to the sky train required a pretty sweaty walk on very crowded sidewalks. Had I known I would have taken a cab to the station. Gym was under construction during our stay and construction noise was very audible during the day.

We found this hotel on the internet and found that it was an excellent value. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were VERY helpful even with their limited English. We were in town for work so the free wireless internet access was a real plus. I had a facial at the Orchid Spa next door and it was a highlight at the end of a very intense business trip. I'm not a breakfast eater but deliberated woke early to be sure to eat. The food is fantastic and is cooked on the premises fresh every day. We never had the same dish twice in the two weeks we were there. Some reviews noted that it was not easy to find the hotel. If you just tell the taxi driver that you want to go to Onnut Sky Train Station, Carrefour Store - they take you directly to the hotel. It's across from the parking lot of the Carrefour.

Restaurant Tip : The MK Suke restaurant in the Carrefour shopping complex has healthy and delicious food.

Clean, free wireless internet

Can't think of any

We had a colleague fly in for one night to meet us and had her stay here. It was perfect. It was close enough to the airport that she was able to arrive at a decent hour and get some rest after a long international flight. We knew the room would be clean and comfortable which was what she needed. We love this place. The cost is amazing given the location and the facilities. The breakfast is always fantastic.

CLEAN, GREAT value, fabulous breakfast, free wireless internet, location, great spa near by

Staff has limited English but front desk staff are good, limited television channels. air con a bit difficult to regulate

We stayed at this hotel twice for a total of nearly two weeks in one month. We will definitely use this as our business hotel when we stay in Bangkok. We have recommended this hotel to others with confidence because we were so pleased. When we return in January/February we will stay here again. The rooms are really clean and modern. Everything worked in the rooms. Teh staff tries very hard to be helpful. The breakfasts are excellent and we never had the same dishes twice. They are cooked on site and fresh. The rooms have dishes in them so it makes it easy to bring food in if you prefer. It's a great value.

Hotel Feature Tip : Some people said that the hotel was difficult to find. We found that every taxi knew exactly where to do if we said Onnut Station/Carrefour. They all know the Onnut Sky Train Station and the Carrefour grocery complex is right next to the hotel. Just have the driver turn into Carrefour like they are going to go into the car park but instead of veering right to enter the parking lot have them go straight until the dead end and you will find your self at the entrance to the Bedrooms Bangkok. It faces the Carrefour parking structure.

Have DVD's you can borrow. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff if they don't forget the wake-up call.

Location isn't good. Rooms are too small.

I would probably stay there if it was located elsewhere. The difference between the superior and deluxe is size. the size difference is a joke. Make sure you have your own alarm clock and DO NOT expect much from the breakfast buffet!

After numerous complaints and threats of demanding refund and moving out of the hotel, they've finally moved us to another room (not without wanting to downgrade our room, of which having us scream at them, they finally upgraded us instead). Minus the renovation, this place is worth the stay.

It is a nice hotel, I would definitely want to come back.

Restaurant Tip : If you don't mind street foods, there is really good one which is chicken rice place. It's called Khao-Man-Kai. It's located at the right corner on On-Nut street. Also there is a food court on the 3rd floor of Carrefour. Good selections of Thai food and they are all cheap.

I found Bedrooms Boutique Hotel a very good place to stay, clean and efficient and taxis were easy to get with the airport 20 minutes away. It's a long way from tourist destinations but some of Bang Na has yet to be expored, e.g King Rama 9 Park and Erawan Museum.

Restaurant Tip : A really good open air barbeque type restauarant on the other side of Sukumuvhit Rd near the BTS

Price for taxi coming from BKK Airport is as expensive as driving downtown (+/- 300 THB). The taxi driver did not know this hotel; no clear signs indicated its' location, except when in the right street. There was alot of rebuilding at the time of my visit. Breakfast needs improvement as the staff is overbooked with individual commands.

Shopping Tip : Carrefour nearby
