Nice modern hotel

this hotel looked as it was pretty new buildt and the standards in the rooms was very good for this pricerange. the wifi also worked fast and reliable. the location is good because it is near the nightlife, bts, restaurants and still fare enough away from nana plaza so you not get disturbed too much by the noice in the streets
Nightlife Tip:
Just 5 minute walk from Nana Plaza entertainment area, but also close to pubs and disco in first sois in Sukhumvit

Nice boutique budget hotel

the dawin is located right on soi 4, about a five minute walk from nep. i had an excellent experience here, staying for 2 nights. the room was spacious, clean, and modern looking. the staff was very helpful, attendant and polite, and the location is fantastic.
it is just close enough to the nana revelry for a couple minute walk, but far enough to be somewhat quiet. i found the restaurant to be quite serviceable - the food was decent and cheap.
i paid about $42us (thb) and felt i got a great deal here.

it's a professionally run hotel with attentive staff in a sketchy neighborhood. but the hotel and staff ensure the safety of their guests. will definitely stay there again.

Excellent service and friendly staff
Nice and close to the heart of the city. The front desk staff were always accomodating.

This is a great hotel. Their rates are very reasonable for the type of hotel room you get. The staff are very friendly and always trying to help out in any way they can. I will definitely book there again when I go back.

the hotel is almost new with all the amenities you need. rooms are big enough with coffee/tea and fridge. tv programs selection though leaves room for improvement. wi-fi internet with reliable service. location is great, in the middle of the bars and restaurants yet away from noise and hassle. recommend for everyone who needs comfortable and reasonably priced stay in bangkok.

The staff members were always very friendly and smiling. The rooms were kept very clean. The room I had on the 4th floor was very quiet. Very little street noise reached us there. Food was well, good but not very good. The pool was small. But I was unable to get into the water duer to private and personal concerns. Overall a good place to stay for a good price thru Agoda.

we stayed for 2 nights whilst waiting to fly to krabi,the staff were friendly,the hotel was spotless,the location was good for skytrain etc.lots of nearby shops ,bars etc.it was very nice to book something that was as described and photos accurate.very please with our choice and will use again on way back before flying home to the uk.
