this hotel is in soi 4 where there is a lot of night life. it is not in your face so you can choose to immerse yourself in it or avoid it. the hotel is far enough away from nana plaza that you could have your family, wife or girlfriend stay in the hotel without causing problems.
breakfast is ordinary so you may want to try other options around.
the only gripe was the plastic sheet on top of the mattress. caused me to sweat a bit while sleeping.
free wireless was great with good reception
Restaurant Tip:
The Irish pub down the road does a great early starter breakfast for around 150 baht starting around 8.30am else there is a McDonalds at the traffic lights behind the service station.

Have stayed her many times and always does what I expect. Very good standard of room for the price. Is always clean and the staff are very helpfull. It is smack bang in the middle of the Sukhumvit nightlife. What more can I say...

great boutique hotel on sukhumvit soi 4
small, quiet and attentive staff

this is a great hotel for those of us that don't want to spend a fortune on a clean room in a safe location on soi 4.
the staff are attentive and eager to resolve any problems.
the rooms are of a good size including the bathroom.
the only downside to my stay was the very slow internet which was a real pain.
Restaurant Tip:
for great seafood, try the multi-vendor seafood markets over the road from the beer garden on soi 7.

2nd time i have stayed here, enjoyed it once again although i had a smaller room it was still a great stay. will get a bigger room next time as for a few dollars more its a huge difference

excellent rooms,staff,hotel.this place is near all of nanna nightlife and the hotel is small but beautiful. good service and nice restaurant. would go there anytime. very convenient to everything.

The location is perfect. Close to all the actions such as
bars, discos, shopping centers and great restuarants but even so the Hotel is very quiet and no disturbance at all from the surrounding clubs or traffic.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great.
Really nice to be able to have your breakfast or lunch outside on the veranda at the enterance of the Hotel.
