The Dawin is located on Soi 4 and close to all the nightlife and just a short walk to the BTS. It is a neat and tidy hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms.

bit expensive for what it is but ok considering the location, the rooms are a little small.the hotel is far enough away from the action to avoid the crazy sukhumvit nights if you wish, bst is 10 minutes walk.
Travel tip:
make sure you use the meter around here with the taxi.
The Tuk Tuk's will try to rip you off no matter where you are going.

Hotel is excellent location, pool slightly small, restaurant not bad though better street food close by. Good strength wifi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stayed during Songkran - you will either love it or hate it. Whichever you choose you have to go with the flow and accept you are going to get very, very wet.

i have been staying in nana district for the last 6 years mainly at the dynasty inn. this year i thought i would look at the other hotel in the dynasty chain, dawin hotel offered a fantastic room, pool, restaurant and free wi-fi. it is situated a little further away from the nana complex than the dynasty but the short walk does no one any harm (5 mins difference.)
