It is set back down Soi 4 from all the bustle
Friendly and well informed desk staff
Rooms / showers are good as is security.
Slight draw backs are exchange rates given and lack of late check out
Late check out is done at 200 B / hr which can add up quickly
Nana hotel will do a half day room rate for existing guests and exchange rates very close to money exchange rates
There is a short cut through to Soi 8

Clean and functional
very clean, helpful staff, quiet place to stay even if noisy on street.

Dawin is a retreat from the business and heat that can be Soi four. It is super handy to the Nana MRT station which makes getting around the city and access to shopping a breeze.It is also handy to a number of tailors.
Dawin is a clean, stylish but basic hotel - it does have an atmosphere of it's own but the area supplies that in bucket loads.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the staff were very friendly and accommodating always greeting me with a smile. pool on the roof was great and a nice quiet place to relax and read. i would definitely stay here on my next trip to thailand.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The room is very nice and has an electronic safe as well. Staff is friendly and has good English skills.

Owned by the Dynasty Group people. Great little boutique hotel - cannot find anything wrong with it. Would be nice if breakfast was included. Staff very nice and a pleasure to find a great little hotel that is clean.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Nana plaza for the nightlife but far enough not to get the noise that goes with it.
