The three star Dynasty Hotel is located on Ramkhamhaeng Road and provides 270 well-furnished rooms catering to both the business as well as the leisure traveler. Several banquest and meeting rooms, and Wi-Fi Internet connection appeals to the business traveler. The Garden Restaurant is open all day and serves Thai and Chinese dishes. After a long day of meetings, shopping or sighseeing, you can relax with a traditional Thai masseage or just lounge by the pool. Near the hotel are quite a few shopping malls, and also street shopping areas, and a short cab ride will take you into the city center, which is well connected by the skytrain.

Very friendly staff, very quiet even though its kinda close to traffic, close to shopping.

Can be hard to find for some taxi drivers, very trafficked area.

You get what you pay for. Not very high standard but fully ok to live at for a few nights like we did before transferring flights. Very friendly staff. We were surprised how quiet it was during night even though its not far from the road. It is close to some shopping, but we ended up going (30 min away) downtown with a taxi instead, cost about 120-160 baht. During afternoons it can take up to an hour to get to the hotel (from downtown) due to lots of traffic jams. We had problems finding a driver that wanted to go there because of that. All though if you go to a taxi stand its much easier.

good resturant

past its best but still not really bad, but they could do with firmer beds

this hotel was probably good 10 or so years ago but is now past its best but is still pretty good value for money.Nothing that a coat of paint,new carpet and new beds would make it ok and quite comfortable.Wont stay again but really its not too bad. Still the staff are very good and the resturant is excellent.

Shopping Tip : very good shopping centres nearby

Good sized standard rooms Good breakfast Close to shopping area

High traffic area

Fairly decent decor, good sized standard rooms with good view of river (if you're on river side of the hotel). Very nice breakfast with lots to choose from, also nice large dining area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to cheap street markets and malls. But proximity to international airport is not as close as advertised and traffic is very bad in the afternoons. Down a small side street but not a bad area at all. The only downside we found with the hotel is that the elevator doors close quickly on you, so you have to be quick to enter the elevator if you dont want to be crushed in the doors. However, I would definitely stay there again.
