The hotel staff is friendly but never helpful
The hotel staff has never been helpful. Toilet flush, jet shower never worked. Hair drier never provided. Congested rooms and no value for money.

Friendly staff, location, price
Adequate sleep for under $30. The floor of the room was filthy when we arrived, as though it had not been properly mopped. The toilet and sink had purple stains, I guess from the water. No shower curtain so the water splashed out of the tub onto half the bathroom floor. The hair dryer would not work. Hotel should be rated about a 2 star.

Great value for money hotel
Location, Room, Pool
Definitely worth staying at again, rooms were clean and large, staff were helpful and pool was pretty good. Well worth the rate.

Better go to other pricier places
Everything is so old and not well-kept. Parking lot is very dark and feel unsafe. My room looks okay from the first glance but not after i notice the long and narrow room space between the window and tv which is so out of place and very haunted in a way. They provide only 2 flat pillows which is not comfortable at all. The window sunshade is also broken. Nough said.

hard to find
reasonably central
generally poor; the hotel has a definite odour of stale curries, the receptionists take a long time so expect delays. not a great hotel and probably not 3 star. I had no real problems but got the feeling that any problem I met would have been politely brushed under the carpet and ignored.

Could be better!
Peacefully quiet!
It's OK as such. They don't have a restaurant or room service. Breakfast appeared recycled. Room is OK but tiled floor could be cleaner. You only get what you pay for!

Brilliant hotel, only one bad thing to say
Helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, comfort
Great hotel! Rooms were so comfortable, the beds had quilt covers and the air con was really good! It broke one night at 1am and the technician wasn't able to come out so they offered us 2 fans or to switch rooms. The technician then came in the morning! Rooms were clean! Wifi was good in the rooms. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that the shower went cold there was no hot water we told the front desk in the morning and by the time we came back to shower at night it wasn't fixed. We grin And bared the cold shower as we was leaving in the morning! Staff were very knowledgable and friendly And spoke good english! Breakfast was okay. They have cereal And eggs made to order which was good! I'd rate it as a 4 star hotel so it's great value for money! Oh and he maid came every day! Clean sheets every day!!!

Good value for a single night
We were too tired to leave Bangkok after our last night partying, so I booked this cheap(ish) hotel on Soi 31. I was primarily interested in a place to crash and somewhere we could park the car, not caring for anything fancy. The initial price was around 800b/night, but Agoda upsold us to a higher quality room "with a bathtub" for another 300b or so. It makes me wonder what the lower price room had for bathing.. Anyway, it was a bit hard to find because it seems to have two names. On the map it shows as Bobson's, but the sign and the Agoda listing call it the Eurogrande. The room was as one would expect...fairly old, but the bed was comfortable and the blanket and pillows were very nice, similar to the quality you'd find in a much nicer hotel. What's not to like? Well, I started having second thoughts the next morning when we found out that the room had NO HOT WATER. I informed the staff, and it wasnt until 5 minutes before checkout that someone came to look at it. TOO LATE! That is why I gave the facilities a single star.
