Excellent staffs, really helpful. Free internet. Nice tour guide brochure owned by the hotel.

Found some spots still dirty like at the area in front of the hotel (parking area). Only few TV channel in English, most in Thai.

The hotels located at the CBD area of Bangkok, off South Sathorn road which is close to offices buildings. But you still need to walk around 300m to reach the main road. Cleanliness is good, but only need more brighter room / ambience. They have a dark colour furniture in the room which is make it even darker. Did not try the food.

Quiet, peaceful, Spacious.

NO wifi

The location is not the most ideal one, for it takes something like 10-15 mins to reach the BTS Surasak station. But overall I would recommend this hotel go the budget travelers. The room is so spacious, or I'd say too spacious. The bed is comfortable and the staffs are friendly. Besides, the famious spa "Health Land is just opposite to the soi, which is convenient.

Rooms are really big, spacious and cosy. Balcony is a bonus too. Although it is located in an alley, it still enjoys proximity to skytrain and downtown convenience.

Gym facilities are there but are poorly maintained.

Its service is alway kept in a friendly hospitality with a personal touch. Facilities are not abundant, yet sufficient for long and short stay. I've stayed in other hotels of same price range, room size in this hotel is almost 2 times or even 3 times larger.

Travel tip : Download the map and write down hotel phone number for the taxi driver. It's not hard to find at all indeed. Taxi fare from airport should be around B400 to B500 including toll and baggage.

Good Environment, nice welcome

A few car park

The room is peace and quiet, full of necessary items available in the room, nice bed, bathroom, beautiful decoration, clean sheet, good sauna room, not too far from main road for walking distance, but it's quite difficult to drive or go by taxi because the road is one way, you have to come from another alley. overall is good, clean, nice and easy.

clean comfortable

location hard to find

we stayed for one night the location was in a side street and hard to find. when we arrived back at the hotel in the morning there was no electric. However as we just wanted to sleep we went straight to bed. the cost of the hotel was average. ths cost did not include any meals and the hotel did not have a bar. however the internet was free even though they only had one station. i would consider staying there again. i did not see any other guests whilst i stayed there.

Nightlife Tip : not far from patpong night life

well priced

a little hard to find the first time.

I stayed at the Heriatage Sathorn Suite Hotel, also called CK House, late April 2009. The hotel is a little hard to find at first as it is down the end and around the corner of the Soi (street) The hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant, and if you have any need to stay in the Sathorn region of Bangkok then I recomend it as a well priced hotel. P.S its the closest hotel to St Louis Hospital. and a short, 5 minute walk to the nearest Skytrain station. They have one computer in the lobby with free internet (often occupied)

Exceptionally efficient front desk staff. She handles all the problems with a smile despite being the only staff. Nothing else about this hotel is attractive.

So far from BTS! And it's tuck behind a long narrow alley. Scary in the night as it's very dark with absolutely no activities going on around. TV not working & very few watchable channels. Rooms big but completely not like shown in pictures. It's old & dim, very depressing rooms even after changing to another.

Completely over-priced for something so bad. You won't feel happy staying there. Poor one & only front desk girl doing her best to please. But there's no way she can make the shower's water pressure stronger. Complete darkness in the night, alley no one walking around. In day, at least there are schools around & some good food catering for students & office workers. In fact, area very local & nice in the day. Not even good TV programs to go back to since there is nothing to do around there. Lousy attitiude from room keeper - shake her head & give no careless laugh when she don't understand English, then just walk off! Not any food around if you're hungry in the night. Very sad stay for anyone.

Close to Sky Train, 7/11 nearby, balcony overlooking Bangkok's skyline, quiet residential area next to a university

Impossible to find if you don't know where you're looking, no food at hotel or nearby

Very nice hotel in a clean, quiet area. Free internet in the lobby. No card for the room when we were there as the room was broken. Very, very hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for. Once you find it the first time, not too bad, but poorly marked and set quite far back from the main road. Under ten minutes walk to the Sky Train, from which it's only one stop from the ferry and four or five from Bangkok's central business district (lots of malls). There really isn't much else to do in the area, but considering the proximity to public transportation and Bangkok's cheap taxis, it's not hard to get somewhere interesting.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use Bangkok's public transportation. The Sky Train and ferries offer the only way to get around Bangkok without spending long periods of time in traffic.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good, breakfast was limited but walking distance to a great air conditioned, clean restaurant next to the hospital nearby

Really hard for the cab driver to find.

When I booked this hotel I thought it was walking distance to the jewelry district which it was not. Transportation nearby wasn't bad, LRt, cabs and buses but there were no tourist services nearby. We ended up moving to the Banglumpoo area because we needed travel agents to set up visas for Vietnam and to make travel arrangements. Overall the hotel was fine, the internet access in the lobby was never available only because there was just one computer.Interesting interior decorating, each room was a different colour and had matching modern asian art pieces. Would I stay here again? Probably not, its just too out of the way.

Room is ok. Sturdy bed/mattress. Quiet.

Not well located. Difficult to find and limited dining options in the vicinity.

Although reception staff try their best to be helpful and gracious, they need to be better-trained. Basic info about Airport Shuttle service or public transport connections was either lacking or inaccurate. But because you know they are trying their best, it somewhat offsets the inconvenience and exasperation.

Travel tip : The house numbering along Soi 13 is misleading. Just go to the end of Soi 13 where the Assumption School is sited. That's NOT the end of Soi 13 - turn right to find the hotel about 150m away.

The rooms were huge and clean and nicely decorated. It was like an apartment (i.e. couch, TV),good bathroom, outdoor space). The staff were friendly. Very good value for money.

The jacuzzi was unclean and the gym equipment not in the best shape. They had just cleaned the sauna but all of these features weren't the best and I advised them their customers would be happier if they maintained the standard of the rooms to the same standard on the top floor. They took that well and thanked me for my feedback. They are surrounded by schools so it can be a bit noisy during the day. They don't have a bar or restaurant but breakfast is available (delivered to the room - i didn't order it)

I really liked CK Boutique House. It was in the business district and really close to the sky train so I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms.

A little bit far from the BTS.

This hotel is in a very quiet residential area. Although you have to travel through a dark soi to get to the hotel, the area feels quite safe, even late at night. The Surasak BTS station is about a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and made it feel more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. The free internet in the lobby was also very useful. The rooms were very large (although the TV was relatively small) and equipped with all the essentials. I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a cheap place that's clean and pleasant.

Hotel Feature Tip : The 7-11 at the entrance to the soi was quite convenient.
