Clean, large, great location next to Skytrain, friendly and helpful staff, balcony

Breakast start time is posted at 6 :00 a.m. but they only start to set up at that time. Food is OK.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights in June-July, '09. I had a superoir room which was large and clean. Internet was included and there was a large flat-screen TV in the room. The air conditioning actually worked which is not always the case in Bangkok. The staff were most felpful and welcoming. There is a work-ouy facility but I didn't use it so I can't comment. The location next to the Skytrain is just great. The area is mostly high-rise business towers but you can get anywhere from this location. Highly recommed the Heritage Silom Hotel.

Travel tip : 7-11 and McDonald's just steps away

Not much of a view from the rooms.

Actually, I liked this Hotel better than any of the others I've stayed at in Bangkok. The room price was very good, the rooms were nicely decorated with recessed lighting, the bathroom was large and the shower had an overhead nozzle as well as a wand. Slippers and drinking water are provided. The TV is a large flat panel and there were Cinemax and HBO. The bed was very large and comfortable--actually they put two beds together but they had the linens to make it into a large single bed. It was very convenient to the BTS. I stayed in a room facing the courtyard which was very quiet, I think the rooms facing the BTS are probably a bit noisy. I think it was so far the best value for the money in Bangkok. If the prices don't soar, I'll certainly stay there on my next trip.

Clean, Quiet, very welcoming and helpful staff, and very conveniently located

slow Internet connection, breakfast is simple

overall I was very happy during my stat at the Heritage, the place is elegant,clean and staff are very good, the location is big plus, the only area which might be improved is the wireless connection which is limited to the lobby area ( although it did not work with me) and the rooms wired connection is very slow, the breakfast has no much to choose from, also and to my surprise room rates does not include housekeeping, so there will be extra charges for that. but I would say it is fair for what you pay.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close to MCdonalds, Banks ( Citi, Standard chartered and RBS), not easy to find by Airport Taxis ( try printing the map )
