this hotel was one of the best iv stayed in bangkok, i stayed in a massive suit room, very good style,
clean and i had 3 balconies. it's located 20 metres for the sky train so easy acces to the rest of the city

Great location near a BTS

Excellent location. There is a Dean & Deluca across the road. The hotel is also within walking distance to a BTS.
We were upgraded to the Suite which was very enjoyable.
Shopping Tip:
Within 10 minutes from Patpong night market.

The hotel is now quite run down . There is shortage of staff.Services are not up to mark. Its breakfast is not appetising. And the hotel also strictly adheres to its policy of checking in after 2 pm . (Probably due to the shortage of housekeepers).

We stay in the hotel for one night then check out to go to Samed. The hotel allow us to keep the luggages here till we back to check in. They also help us to deal with the taxi and everything we need. It's a very nice hotel with a nice price!

The hotel itself is located with the conjested area, therefore should have a proper place for customers to drop in and off. Regarding the hotel SIGN BOARD if we doesn't looks carefull we won't be able to find it because it is really small, and put near the wires, damn difficult to find. Plus the hotel concierge are seems to find extra money by calling the taxi for the guest to airport, by using local taxi, they seems to quote their own price and doesn't open the meter.

The bell boys are more friendly than the receptionists.
Housekeeping is poor and no attendance after informing of no lights in the room.
The coffee house is short handed with one staff working. And the foods are not refilled.

This small, boutique hotel is perfectly located with easy access to trains to move all over town. The staff is friendly and helpful. From this hotel you can do it all eat, sightsee, walk the streets and eat street food. Rooms are very large and comfortable.

This is the first time we stay at Silom Heritage hotel. The taxi drivers can find this hotel easily. And if u want to take the BTS will be very easily and near to the hotel. everything is so convenient and comfortable. Good service make we feel like in home.
