Spacious and nice hotel room

The bellboy refused to leave the hotel room after bringing luggages up to our room. He was apparently waiting for us to tip him. Tipping should be out of willingness and this act of his seemed a bit agressive to me.
We left our baggages at the hotel and when we came back to collect, no one was around to help us. And the staff was rather rude when we seeked his help.

Good location which is near by BTS station (only take 5 mins. to BTS Chong Nonsi).
I have booked one bed with late check in but they only provided me two bed as one bed rooms were fully booked.

Have been a frequent stayer of this hotel over the last 3 years. The hotel is still a pretty decent choice given its short stone's throw away from Chong Nonsi BTS.
Pros
a. Close location to BTS ; Convenient way to travel
b. Ease of catching a taxi right in front of hotel / 7-11
c. Good local Thai seafood restaurant (less than 20 metres from hotel)
d. Clean hotel rooms
e. Decent WiFi speed and signal in room
f. Superior room size is pretty good
Cons
a. Inconsistent water pressure / hot water - needs a while for hot water to arrive
b. Front office staff could be a bit more friendly (you do get what you pay for)
c. Have had better leg massages (This is from the spa next to the hotel lobby)
Restaurant Tip:
Fantastic local Thai seafood restaurant less than 20 metres from the hotel. Good price, fantastic selection and delicious!

Nice hotel right next to BTS station

I stayed in this hotel twice each time in Corner Studio.
It has 2 rooms with separate A/C so you can adjust temperature to your comfort. Fridge and kettle are also onsite which was helpful in our stay with little kids. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is right next to Chiong Nonsi BTS station - we had a viev on BTS station. 7eleven is also around the corner.
Keep in mind that hotel keeps the strict rule about not checking in before 2pm which made us wait in the lobby for few hours.

Stayed a night. Staff friendly and location close to the sky train.
Travel tip:
It made me easier to go to the airport from the hotel which took approx 45 mins by using BTS inter change in Siam to Phaya Thai connecting withe the airport link. Hotel room is specious but the lighting is not enough.

Watch they don't try to cheat with room type

I stayed at this hotel in all the different room types. I liked the Corner Studio room as very big and nice to stay in. I therefore booked this room type again. The only reason for booking this hotel was for this large room. When I checked in and was shown my room they tried to put me in a lower standard room!!! When I complained they said it was the same standard. When I explained I had stayed before and I knew thisi wasn't true they eventually changed the room, after initially claiming they didn't have another free one. If I hadn't stayed there before I wouldn't know they were trying to cheat me!!! So beware. I won't be going back again!

Good location but worn out room
Extremely convenient, hotel rooms have a large and comfortable window, breakfast in the hotel was delicious.

The hotel seemed to be aged as the rooms were old and worn out, the paint on the walls were falling off and the air conditioning system was faulty sometimes. There was an issue when the planks of the extra bed provided was bent badly and we had to request for a new one. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel was great as it was a 2 minutes walk away from the Bangkok BTS skytrain station. Most shopping malls, eateries and river boat services can be easily accessed by the location of the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most attraction sites are by the Bangkok city river, this hotel provides a good location to get to the river boat terminal. It is just 2 skytrain stations away.
