Good location close to sky train. Rooms are big, but they are looking a bit tatty. Overall not bad for the price and location, and walking distance to Silom.

Great location but questionable aesthetics

I stayed at this hotel several times, but I will not stay here again given the options in the area. I was given a free upgrade to a suite, but those rooms are really poorly designed. There was no light - neither ceiling nor floor lamp - in the lounge area, so it was basically unusable after dark unless I wanted to watch TV. Also, there are floor to ceiling windows in the rooms, looking out over the road and/or the skytrain station. The curtains are grey and plastic - more or less shower curtains. The ones in the bathroom were moldy.
On the plus side, as I mention above, the location is stellar and the rooms are spacious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lumpini Park is a short walk and is a great place for a little green in the concrete jungle. There are lots of activities at dusk - good for people watching, going for a jog, etc.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this Hotel and all previous stays have been excellent, however the Hotel is showing signs of lack of investment. The general state of the accommodation has detiorated, in particular the air-conditioning shows signs of lack of servicing. Although the A/C worked fine it was very noisey at times which led to interruption to my sleep, we complained and were moved to a less noisey room however the A/C in this room leaked water onto the floor twice during this short stay.

New, Clean & Modern Design Room

i'm glad to having free wifi and lan point internet access for my communication during my business trip there. the room is clean and feeling spacious. body massage center at the ground floor in the hotel. located opposite mrt station and easy access to shops and restaurants.

Disappointing service and room

I've stayed at Heritage Silom several times but I likely will not stay there again. There were several problems. They "upgraded" me to a suite, but it was not well designed. The lounge area has no light so if it's after dark, it's more or less wasted space. The other aspect that concerned me was that the windows throughout the room are floor to ceiling, and the curtains are grey plastic things, like shower curtains - good for keeping out the light, I suppose, but otherwise really unattractive. The curtain in the bathroom was moldy and pretty gross. One other thing - I booked another room for a work colleague. They didn't have a record of it, and it may have been a glitch with Agoda rather than the hotel, but in any case when she checked in she was not treated very politely and I was quite embarrassed by the whole thing. For good points - plenty of room (see "upgraded"), free wifi, location is next to the skytrain (Chong Nonsi).

A hotel way above my expectation
Clean, tidy and high class

the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, able to speak fluent english and it really helps in my stay!
the room is clean, quiet and tidy, furnishing is way above my expectation for a 3 star hotel.
location is fantastic as it's a less than 5 minutes walk to chong nonsi bts, and a local eatery is avilable opposite the hotel exit.
