Good room and near shopping area but bad service

The opeartor call me on 6:30 AM and ask me to move my car at car park.But it is not my car.Very bad on the security tracking and car park management,Please hire the security track the car ID and guess room before call everyone very early time.

this is not a 3 star hotel
comfortable bed. close to seacon square. free wifi

this hotel does not deserve its 3 star rating:
the room was clean but basic.
there were no doors on the wardrobe, the light for the dressing table mirror was missing and electrical cables (presumably live) were hanging from its fitting.
as mentioned in a previous post the balcony (unusable due to 2 aircon units being fitted there) was full of animal droppings, i cannot say if they were from a bird or other animal!
the balcony was shared by the next room and the door from my room did not have a secure latch.
the bathroom was very small, had only a single tap for the basin (no hot and cold water), the shower did have a water heater but it was exposed and the casing was partially open exposing the inner parts.
the worst thing about this hotel is that it is used by chinese tourist busses; at approximately 11:00pm they book into the hotel, speak loudly (shout) to each other down the corridors, slam the room doors and make it impossible to sleep properly.
as a farang/westerner i would not recommend this hotel.

It was nothing like what we expected.
We have been to this hotels for three times. The first two times were very nice so we decided to book this hotel again.
We also had a list of nice hotel but we chose this out of those ones because we had a good experience.
But, the room was really poor functional. The faucet was not in its place and we cant use it properly, and, the balcony was full of bird's waste so we asked for another room.
This one also has a poor faucet and we discovered they took out the bidet (we remembered it was installed last time).
Quite a long review but we suggest if you want to have the nice and functional stay, consider other places.

to far for the air port!!!!

the hotel was too far and by the time you pd for the taxi there and back you spend more thsan the room. yes no shuttle!

However Hotel have Took Took for service is good Idea for Touris or visitor who never been in Thailand

The Heritage Srinakarin Hotel

Value for money. Location not so convenient, however, you may feel the local life.
This hotel was always target for China Tourist Group, so at midnight always have many China Tourist check in the hotel and very noisy. Every night been woke up by their loud voice.
And the internet connection is terrible slow and unstable.
However, their breakfast is nice.

this hotel is suitable for night life person with great location and just few steps away from the night markets. the pricing is also afforadable for travellers with limited budget. so i would recommend this hotel to my friend.
