the landmark has been around a long time, and is in an excellent location(near everything including bts-nana!). service is 5-star, as is cleanliness, and many resturaunts and bars are on-site. but the room is very small and the design is older-traditional. pool is small. i feel like there are so many new hotels in bkk, there are so many other options. but hotel does deliver, just not a wow-factor. does have a very nice health club attached...
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is in Nana area, means many late night options including massage, and bars.

Our first impression of the hotel was that it was very nice. We were upgraded so we checked in on the 31st floor. The room very was nice and up to date. We ordered a extra bed which was delivered as soon entered the room. Breakfast was good. The quality of the coffee was good. Service was very consistent.
Security was excellent being that we travelled with 3 kids. With the upgrade we got a free upgrade to use the club floor which was very nice with free WIFI and drinks.
The only downside was getting a taxi to the airport. Not many taxi's in the area to Carry more than 4 people plus luggage.
Overall a excellent hotel with a great location.

Too expensive, not worthy for the money

I used my Agoda points to stay there. I paid about 5,000 baht per night with the reduction. The club means you can go to a specific place called "lounge" to get free wines and tapas: the wine selection was very poor (1 white and 1 red, that's it)and the tapas were not exceptional, even not good.
We were with a 7 month baby. One day, a woman came to me and told that the club doesn't accept the baby! I asked "Do you want to give my money back?", she said "The baby is not accepted because we are serving wine", I asked "Does my baby drink wine?", silence, and asked "What do you want me to do? Sale my daughter?", she said "I would like to inform you", I simply replied "Thanks to inform me"...
Furthermore, the bedrooms are too small. It's ridiculous. There is no terrace, again, strange for a 5 stars.
In conclusion, it is the 1st time I wasted my money via Agoda and specifically with this hotel.
My advice: "Don't go there".
Restaurant Tip:
The BBQ restaurant at the top floor is excellent as well as the service.

Had problem checking in as arrived 1425 and room wasn't ready until 1500 hrs but compensated by late check out. Housekeeping especially good at helping to find son's favourite night time comforter
Travel tip:
The top floor restaurant is expensive but well worth a visit as the steaks are amongst the best in Thailand
