Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

- Bed, Pillow, min-bar, shower poorly designed
Worst hotel ever. The bed was the hardest, least comfortable bed that I've ever slept on, the pillow was hard as a rock and I had a hard time getting comfortable at all. The mini-bar wasn't turned on until we got there, so all the drinks were warm. The shower was poorly designed so that water ran onto the bathroom floor.
Really disappointed, because all I wanted after a long day of traveling was a comfortable bed. Would have rather slept on a bed of nails.
Travel tip : Bring your own pillow...and bed!

great lobby, food, staff and rooms.
I've now stayed here 3 times when I have brief overnights between trips from BKK and nearby countries. It's the perfect place to relax, work and re-energize. great style, free wifi, close to a hip urban shopping center as well as local eats and treats.
Restaurant Tip : urban shopping center to your left as you hit the main drag / local treats to the right - enjoy!

Close to the airport (approximately 120B taxi), nice common areas, free internet and computers.
Poor location for anything else.
We stayed at the Paragon during one-night layover. The hotel has nice common ares, functional and clean rooms, food and drinks available and a very nice staff. A nice value for a night layover if you not planning on going in to the city. While it is convenient to the airport, it's not very convenient to anything else. The long side street deadends at the hotel, so it is quite secluded. I would not recommend walking down the street at night, as there are limited lights and dogs sleeping all over the street.
