The staff are helpful, kind and very friendly.
The hotel needs to do some touch up on the image, it looks rather old.
The first time that i have stayed at your hotel although in the past, i used to stay at novotel Bangkok. I am quite happy with the services although some improvement could be done on the hotel image. Facilities are all nearby such as the food court and the beer pub. This is a plus point for tourist like us to come back again. Security wise, i feel at ease when i come down at night for some beer session. I would recommend to my friends to stay at this hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Convenient and accessible to travel with the skytrain, taxi, all available.
It is also very busy at night and lots of things to see and enjoy.

Location is very good for the Nana Skytrain Station, and all the attractions of Nana Plaza.
The Hotel is in need of a facelift. It is dated and just needs some money spent on it.
The Park Hotel is for anyone who can turn a bit of a 'blind-eye' to its need for moderization. Both the public rooms and guest rooms are tired and dated. The location is very good being moments from the Skytrain. The price is fair for what you get, but I'm pretty sure most of us would rather pay a bit more, and get more a more modern, brighter Park Hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Gullivers, a large Sports Bar is close by on Soi 5. Well worth a visit for good western style food and all day breakfasts

The Park is a good price. It is in a good location. The staff are as worn-down as the fixtures and fittings. I was told "I can go now" as soon as they realised I had not used the minibar or made any expensive long-distance calls. The decision is yours.
Restaurant Tip : Soi 5 which is just a few minutes away, has Gullivers, a huge Sports Bar. They serve all day western style breakfast, as well as a good range of western food.
