An wonderful experience

I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. From Checkin to the checkout, everyone member of staff encountered was attentive and courteous. Everyone had a smile and they all knew my name down to the waiters at breakfast. When I complained that my bed was too soft,by the time I walked back to the room ,housekeeping was already there ready to change mattresses.
The room was so comfortable ,bathroom and toilet well laid out and well stocked with all the necessary details, Plenty of drinking water supplied at all the right places. A nice coffee machine and a well stocked refrigerator. The food in the restuarants were of a superb class.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and should I ever come back to THailand will come back to stay at this hotel.

One of the best stay in Bangkok
Excellent service, great garden and pool, slept like a baby

This hotel didn't disappoint at all.
In was very well located in the center but at the same time immerse in its own park.
That quality standard of the room was superb.
The bed was extremely comfortable, they even have an extensive menu for the choice of the pillow!

This is a very expenvise hotel in Bangkok but this hotel got great room view, service & spa. Stay in this hotel was great no compliant. The thing I have to mention is that hotel do not any shopping & the 7/11 is a long walk. Other than that nothing to mention.
