The only downside is the noise outside, people talking outside on the street. Apparently it's the same on all sides. Inside The hotel is fantastic, With a great eating area that is open to the outside and with a water vapour air conditioning system to keep it cool, great Food.

I really enjoyed staying at the Warehouse. Loved the design, the layout of the restaurant. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Within walking distance from the Grand Palace and the river. But the best parte was the staff, so friendly and always willing to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for 4nights and enjoyed every moment of it. They offer free drinking water everyday which really makes a difference. Breakfast is amazing and they would even prepare a packed breakfast if your heading out early. Rooms are a funky new design and are very clean and tidy. Also the staff are lovely and would go out of their way to help. We would highly recommend it to others.

About 5mins walk to most of the old temples

We got free upgrade of room fr economy to standard w/tv & ref (though we have not used it as we were out most of the time). The hotel looks new, its clean but small though. The good thing about this hotel is its near Khaosan Road, so no worry bout getting drunk, you walk to hotel like 5mins. They closed the gate at night (kindof weird for a hotel), surrounding of hotel not really nice as you can see lots of homeless man, sleeping on street.
Overall, this hotel is recommended if your on a budget yet u want comfort after long day tour.

This is a very pleasant refuge from the chaos of Bangkok.
The only drawback is that taxi drivers don't know where it is.
You can print out a map from hotel website, which would be very useful to show to drivers.
