nearness to the airport is the only +..book it only if you have a flight to catch the next day..good value for money other wise very very basic..isolated, no lift, basic breakfast(fixed per person..no buffet/choice)..they even ran out of half of the items of the very basic breakfast! will not stay next time!

10 min by free pick-up, clean rooms. Free "english" breakfast. Friendly people running it.

I have stayed there with my daughter three times on the way thru Bangkok. It was good place to rest between the flights and the distance from the Suvarnabhumi very small. We were very satisfied with this place.

i have never slept in a bed so hard in my life. i am sure it was just on the base, now mattress. but the staff were nice and the breakfast good. one night was enough.

I was impressed by the service provided by the Resort. Everything was so professional from meeting me at the airport to giving me a wake-up call in the morning so that I won't miss my flight. I enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks for the great service and wonderful hospitality. I will definitely go back to this resort when I travel to Bangkok.

we arived an hour late from schedule, the hotel shuttle was easy to find @arrival gate as mentioned in booking confirmation. check in was prompt, front staffs were friendly. our triple room was on ground floor, clean n equipped as seen on hotel photos @agoda. a short walk outside hotel, there are some local food stalls n 7/11 selling till midnight. the staff @breakfast room, showed no service attitude unlike the others. due to early flight and shuttle schedule, we didn't have much time for breakfast. breakfast was not buffet ready, but a set menu. he simply refused to prepare the simplest take away toast with jam for our breakfast. not big deal, still can breakfast @airport after check in.
Travel tip:
use this hotel only for sort stay transit purpose only. airport transfer included in room rate and free wifi are good deal.

we had a fabulous night, good air con and very clean. good restaurants a stroll from the hotel, efficient friendly staff, and prompt transfers, couldn't have asked for more.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No lift so if you struggle with stairs request a ground floor room.

They have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. From the price you're paying, it simply exceeds your expectations. The free breakfast was average though. Great hotel if you're flight is on the next day but really far from the city center.
