Convenient to the airport
Our room was simple, clean and quiet, just the thing we needed for an overnight stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. A simple but adequate breakfast is included as well as airport pickup and delivery back to the airport.
Restaurant Tip:
7-11 and some small restaurants are close by.

Great little airport hotel with good value rooms which are comfortable and big. Within walking distance to some good street food and small local restaurants. The hotel food is ok, but will pay dividends if you walk a short distance for some local cooking. Free airport transfer, friendly staff.
Will stay again for sure.

On my last of many stays here, they did
wake me up on time, but they have missed
my wake up call a few times. Ask for 2
wake up calls and bring your own alarm.
Their pick up and delivery to the airport
is excellence. The included breakfast is
okay.Their restaraunt is sub par and
over priced for for purchased meals.
Hotel Feature Tip:
bring your own travel alarm. sometimes they
don't make your wake up call, or its late.

-quite far from Airport link station, you have to take a cab taking around 15 mins.
-room for 2 people is a 1-story building is really lack of privacy and kind ofnoisy
The zoning is bad. Many people (guests or staff) can simply walk pass.

Lovely big hotel room - very rude staff
Room was massive with fridge, complementary water and elephant shaped towels

We arrived exhausted after 24 hours of flying and were greeted by the rudest receptionist who demanded we go print our voucher off. In the end we got to our room though with the help of the lovely porter and were pleased to see a really big room with 2 large double beds along with fridge, complementary water and hot water.
Didn't want to eat there as the staff had been so rude so took a walk along the street we had driven down from the airport and found an amazing local restaurant about 3 minutes walk away. We were treated like royalty and had the best thai food so far in Thailand. Would recommend the hotel for the price and location as long as the receptionist is in a good mood. Breakfast is average but is included so is ok.

meal: clean and good taste but less amount (should add one more eggs?)
pick up service: very slow (i wait for a long time, nearly an hour), next time i'll take a taxi

Rooms so so (shower head broken and 2 lights not working) and service not good for me ...mix up with room type on check-in followed by losing my check-in e-ticket and details.
Staff decided to ring my room while asleep ... not impressed. Also constant low music noise from bar that does penetrate the room nearby till 2 AM !!!
Plus point: nearby places to eat and a 7/11 etc.
