the hotel was fine, but not easy to find the person who was suppose to pick you up at the airport. they didn't have a sign with my name on it. instead, i had to walk to meeting point #3 of the airport and look for a sign for their hotel. free wi-fi was good. the breakfast that was included was decent. you had a choice of and american breakfast or thai breakfast (boiled rice with chicken), however, if you do not specify, they will automatically give you the american breakfast (egg, ham, toast, butter, jam, fruit, oj, and your choice of tea or instant coffee).
it is a bit far from downtown and a rather expensive taxi ride. i didn't like it that they wouldn't help me figure out how to get to downtown without a taxi.
i didn't have time to figure out the bus system because it is slow. i found that the cheapest way into downtown bangkok (not including bus) is to take a taxi to lakrabang station (50 baht, if it's more, they're trying to cheat you). from lakrabang station it's about 30baht into downtown and then depending exactly where you are going, you may have to transfer to the mts or skytrain, both of which will run you about 20-30 baht. it's roughly 30 minutes into downtown that way, which is about the same for the taxi as well, but 400 baht cheaper.
the hotel itself was clean and safe.
i think it's a good option if you have a flight that gets in really late or leaves really early.

i picked this hotel because i read the comments and most reviews ranked high. i only need to stay for a night for my next morning to cha am, so i guess no lost even if this hotel is not good.the hotel service is actually quite good. i arrived very late on the night (2am) and they still have the pick-up services. the hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 mins drive. even though there is no lift, but the staffs are very helpful to take all our luggages up to our room. the room size is ok and it is clean. the breakfast is included, simple and good enough. for just few hours stay, this hotel provided all what i need.

Good hotel for a very short stopover at Bangkok airport. There are a few bars and restaurants just around the corner where I had a pleasant Thai meal at 2am. Room was fine for price and clean. Staff excellent. Can not think of any reason one would stop here for more than one night.

I stayed here on 2 occasions recently - the hotel is new and modern. The rooms are very well appointed along with private balcony. I recommend booking airport transfers and breakfast included in tariff - great value! My only criticism of the hotel is that there is no elevator and found it a bit of a slog to 5th floor when arriving at 3am. Staff are very good and professional. I would have no hesitation staying here again.
